I'm using Windows 10 and when I plug it in sometimes I can get to Internal Storage and sometimes I can't. Even when I can it says This folder is empty. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, I've trusted and retrusted the computer, I've googled everything and all I read is the DCIM folder is empty but I can't even get to that point. | Face ID suddenly stopped working Posted: 10 Jun 2020 10:46 AM PDT Just got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max last week. Already set everything up (including Face ID) and migrated my old files from android. Face ID was perfectly fine until I decided then to update my phone to 13.5.1. It suddenly stopped working and already tried troubleshooting it by resetting all the settings I could reset. Never dropped the phone or anything. Should I try doing a DFU restore? | Iphone 6S ...my GF has is driving me crazy! Posted: 10 Jun 2020 02:50 PM PDT My girlfriend ( she is 49 so that term seems strange not that I write it here...) she has an Iphone 6S and 75% of the time when I am talking to her every third word or so goes digital ( thats what I call it...sounds like a muffled robot?) and yet she can here me perfectly. I have a Samsung S8 and have no problems talking to anyone except her. Her kids also live in the home and have Iphone 10's and have no issue when taking to me or anyone else , so I am strongly leaning towards replacing her phone. She primarily uses it for voice calls, texting and a bit of social media and is not a tech kinda girl. I was thinking an Iphone 8 , but have no clue if that would even be of help as I am ignorant of most things Iphone. Looking for possible solutions for the problem with her phone first and failing that , suggestions on what a decent replacement would be without breaking the bank. [link] [comments]  |

| Posted: 10 Jun 2020 03:49 PM PDT I have an iphone 8+ running ios 13.4.1, and the camera has been acting up for the past few days. Whenever you open the app, everything seems normal, but after a second it starts "blinking" between working and a blurry screen, similar to the one you see for a split second when you fist open the app. Ive tried turning it off and back on again with no success, and when i google the issue nothing seems to match what im experiencing. In normally times i would just go to my local apple store, but i live with an immuno-compromised roommate, and am trying to avoid leaving the house if i can. Now at first I thought it was just my seat being weird, and so I forgot about it. Then, when I was home, the squeaking sound happened again, and I could clearly tell it was from my phone. | iPhone 11 iOS 13.5.1 some app is accessing my location a lot of times Posted: 10 Jun 2020 11:54 AM PDT Hello guys I have been seeing the location icon on my iPhone many times throughout the day, I have almost all the location services off (only emergency calls and find my iPhone are on) so I suspect some app is accessing my location, all my installed apps are set to never use my location or to use my location only when are in use. | Help with Google photos + New iPhone Posted: 10 Jun 2020 10:56 AM PDT Hi friends. I just upgraded to the iPhone 11. I haven't restored my backup from my old device to it yet because I sort of don't want allllll the shit from my old phone on my new one - I want a fresh start! But I have a question regarding my photos. I use google photos and all my iPhone pictures are backed up there. Is it safe for me to delete all my iPhone photos on my old device, so that when I sign into iCloud on my new device, they aren't downloaded onto my new phone? And then maybe I don't even need to restore the old back up, I can just start fresh and re-download my apps manually? I know nothing of how this stuff works so I'm not sure if that's a dumb idea or not. But like I said, I just want a fresh start on my iPhone so that's what I'm attempting. | Cloud Library won’t load in Music Posted: 10 Jun 2020 09:51 AM PDT Im having an issue with the Music app on my iPhone (8+, latest iOS) I switched regions yesterday, if that even matters. I CAN stream music with my subscription; however, I can't see my library (it's stuck in Loading Library...), I can't add music to my library (no prompt), I can't deactivate Sync Library (the switch goes off, but comes back on if I refresh). Everything's working perfectly in my Mac. I've tried resetting the phone; reinstalling the app; signing out and in - as per Apple's instruction (all I could get from support was: "your account is ok, so there's that") I can't seem to fix it. | Brand new work phone trying to connect to Facebook. Posted: 10 Jun 2020 05:43 AM PDT Work got us all Iphones. Freshly factory reset and software on them to black list specific websites using an app called wandera. I keep noticing that I get a notification saying "Facebook has been blocked" but I don't have the Facebook app and I have never even used the browser in this phone. I have used it strictly for phone calls, Hotspot, text messages. I have not even taken a photo with it since the company logs everything. How does a phone that never connected to Facebook try to automatically connect to Facebook? [link] [comments]  |
