For example if I open an app it will randomly refresh, scroll, up/down, like pictures, open the keyboard/search bar etc. I have turned on and off my phone multiple times. It keeps thinking my power button is being pressed so the "slide to power off" screen keeps popping up, even when I'm in the middle of something (like writing this post). And then it won't recognize my Touch ID to unlock anymore. Sometimes when pressing just the home button, it will take an unwanted screenshot. I have tried to reboot the phone and I have tried using it without the case. The problem hasn't gone away. This has been happening for about 3 weeks now. | Posted: 27 May 2020 07:32 PM PDT I own an I phone XR and got it new from Sky ( UK ) - my contract - a year ago, I'm currently on IOS 13.5 and having problems with these faint yet annoying red bars that show on the inside sides of my screen. However it's nothing inside my phone as when I take a screen shot they don't show up for other people ( as I can see them I needed to send the image to someone else to see if they could ) , I'm wondering what they are or if I can do anything on my phone ( nothing too technological ) to fix it. | iphone charging/physical damage Help Posted: 27 May 2020 07:15 PM PDT For some reason my chargers won't fit into the charging port on my iphone suddenly. I charged my phone only a few hours ago without problems, then went to plug in again and the charger won't go all the way into the port. It doesn't look like there's anything stuck in the port, and I've tried multiple chargers and have the same problem. Could there be physical damage somehow inside the charging port/what could cause that? [link] [comments]  |

| 11 pro max mute switch water damage help Posted: 27 May 2020 02:14 PM PDT So I was cleaning out some gunk from the mute switch of my 11 pro max with a toothbrush and when I tried taking the brush out there seemed to be a couple bristles stuck and I had to pull them out with a little force (not a lot but still concerning). I went to the site on my phone (an Xr running ios 13.4.1) and downloaded one of the zip files directly to my phone. | Speakerphone echo on XR and 11 Posted: 27 May 2020 02:30 AM PDT We have a 11 and XR in our family and whenever they attend the call over speakerphone we (caller) hear a slight echo. It's not present when they use a headset or the earpiece. Only occurs on speaker. We tried things like resetting the phone, removing the cover, but that didn't change much. Any thoughts? Since a few days the microphone during calls or voice memos is veeeeery silent, almost muted and people can't really understand me. I tried restarting and removing dust. Didn't help. I now turned off the WiFi for the moment and suddenly it's working fine again. However I don't now if this prevails and I'd like to have WiFi as well again. Thanks [link] [comments]  |
