    The arrow is either hollow or always full all day and never goes away (top right corner) I did some troubleshooting and noticed it was my iOS weather app and pokemon go. for weather i have it to only allow location while using and pokemon go to always have location but before the arrow would eventually go away but now it never does. any ideas? When i turn the location off for those apps it goes away and if i use another app that uses location as soon as i exit the app the arrow in the cornor foes away but not the other two apps. any ideas?

    iOS 13 cameras don't work (broken TrueDepth?)

    I've got an iPhone X. I dropped it a while ago and messed up the TrueDepth camera; Face ID will no longer activate. That's frustrating but not the end of the world, as the front and rear cameras still worked fine in iOS 12.

    When iOS 13 first came out I upgraded (this would have been 13.0 or 13.1). Unfortunately, through either a bug or by design, the cameras wouldn't work after upgrade. The camera app just showed a black screen for both front and rear camera, and taking a photo just resulted in a black photo.

    I downgraded back to iOS 12 and the camera app worked fine again. Does anyone know if the current version of iOS 13 still require the TrueDepth camera to be functional in order for the rest of the cameras to work? I'd like to upgrade to iOS 13, but... you know... cameras are more important. I forgot to save the bits that let you downgrade to an old iOS at a later date, or I would test it myself :/

    bricked iPhone 6S and inexplicably missing photos

    6S got bricked, I got a replacement and while everything else in iCloud was restored just fine, all of my photos are gone. Checked Google Photos and it looks like it just silently stopped backing up my photos over a year ago. It didn't run out of space, either.

    Is there a way to get my photos back from the dead phone, or are they just gone forever? There's a lot of pictures of friends/family who are now dead but I don't know if I can afford $500+ to get them back.

    ETA: I have 10 days to resolve this so anything that requires me to mail things outside of California is a no-go.

    So a while back my iphone 7 accidentally took a dip in a pool for about 5 seconds and then it worked for a few days before finally completely running into issues with not being able to get past restart (think white screen with black apple logo -> freeze -> restart and it just would keep going through that loop). Last week I plugged it in and it got through start up all the way to the lock screen. After I used my thumb to unlock it, it froze on the home page. And then when I tried to hard restart from there it went back to the white screen loop. There is still some signs of water damage under the glass of the screen but this did give me hope that whatever I have stored on there could be saved (mainly photos from a vacation retreat with friends). If I can get it to start up to the lock screen is there a way for me to back up all the data before I unlock it and it freezes? I'm not well versed on this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

    How to disable live photo previews?

    [HELP] It keeps saying my iPhone cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. Although my next backup size is only 708 mb. How can I complete my backup?

    iPhone XR. iOS 13.3

    I've deleted my previous iCloud backup. I've deleted all photos (even though my photos are not included in my iCloud Drive) just to see if that would change anything. I've also turned off all apps in iCloud Drive except for

    1. Contacts
    2. Notes
    3. Safari
    4. Wallet

    When it calculates my backup size, it says 708.2 mb. Since everything else has failed I backed up on my Mac so that I at least have something to fall Back on.

    Please help me to complete the backup via iCloud

    If Any additional info is needed please ask and I will provide.

    Iphone Brightness lowered by half by itself

    Both Auto brightness is off, both the regular one in Screen and such but also the "hidden" one. Why does it still dim? Truetone is also off

    Keyboard Data Chinese/Japanese in backups?

    Google didn't really seem to have a solid answer. Answers ranged from VIRUS to emoji keyboard. Found in iCloud > manage storage > backups > phone. Mine was at the bottom of the list because it has 0 data. Also it's nearly impossible to delete even after doing another backup.

    iPhone 7 camera doesn't work on video calls

    My mother has an iPhone 7 running iOs 13.4.1. Purchased new from Apple Store in the UK six months ago. (I was with her at the time!)

    When she makes video calls, her camera won't send video. People can hear her, and she can see and hear them, but they can't see her. It's like the camera is turned off. (But trust me - the camera isn't turned off.)

    To my mother's memory, the video has never worked on the phone during video calls.

    We've tried this on Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp - all the same problem.

    The camera works in other apps - like the Camera app. The phone can take photos and videos no problem. It's only video calls that don't work.

    I've gone into Settings > Privacy > Camera and made sure the apps have access to the camera. They all do.

    Restarting doesn't fix it.

    She can make video calls on her iPad no problem, so it's not her Apple account.

    Any help appreciated.

    iPhone SE stuck on Apple logo (reboot loop)

    My iPhone SE randomly got stuck in the "reboot loop" of displaying the Apple logo and never actually turning all the way on. I am not sure what could have caused this as it was working fine earlier in the day. I tried holding the power and home button simultaneously in an attempt to initiate a soft reset but to no avail so far. Is there a trick as to when to release the keys or what order to press them, anything like that that I could be missing or doing wrong? This is beyond frustrating. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thank you so much.

    iPhone X screen unresponsive after full charge

    Since the iOS 13 update, my iPhone X has been acting weird each time I charge it to a full 100%. It hangs and becomes unresponsive until I force restart it. Anyone facing the same issue? Any fixes?

    iPhone 11 internet speed is slow

    This isn't me trying to bash iPhone, just genuinely asking for advice. So I switched from the Google Pixel 3a to a iPhone 11. What I noticed is how sluggish websites and videos load compared to on my pixel. I compared my speeds on cellular (same sim) and WiFi and on both cellular and WiFi they are about 7 Mbs slower. Any advice on how to boost my internet speeds to make them comparable to my pixels? Or is that just the way iPhones are? First time iPhone user btw.
