    I've been running my MacBook pro in clamshell mode since about January. It is connected to a Samsung ultrawide monitor via two USB C cables. One goes into the Thunderbolt 3 port on the Samsung which also powers the Mac and the other is USB C to HDMI. That way I can do either one ultra wide screen or treat it like two monitors.

    Any way, just the past couple of weeks if I reboot my Mac, when it comes up the bluetooth keyboard and trackpad won't work so I can't log in. They are both Apple, latest version of their magic keyboard and magic trackpad.

    Often the mouse will eventually connect so I can mouse around the screen but the keyboard will sometimes never connect or I will have to turn off the power on the keyboard and turn it back on. This wasn't the case just two weeks ago, its a new issue. Previously I could go to the apple icon, reboot, and when it came up I could immediately type on the keyboard and the mouse was immediately responsive. Now it is slow to never to connect.

    Any ideas, its driving me insane.

    Is this mac real or could it be a HK set? I tried to install Mojave and at post install, my model (early 2015 macbook air) supposedly supported, isnt listed here, what could i do next?

    I'm trying to use my phone for vr using cardboard on google. It's worked all the time in the past. Now when I try, it says I have to enable motion and orientation under settings. It still says that, even though I've already enabled it. I'm on iOS 12.4.6 if that helps.

    My BOfA visa came in the mail today and I removed my old cards and tried to add it but it keep failing, all my information is correct when entering the card data, the card was successfully added to my Apple wallet but I can't download any apps without adding it to my Apple ID.

    I need help importing audiobook files (not purchased from apple or audible) onto the books app on my iPhone.

    I have some audiobooks on my PC that I ripped from CDs. I dragged them from the file into itunes, then dragged them from my library onto my iphone XR. I just want to be able to access them in Books so I have a convenient way to play them. The files were imported into music instead of books. I can play them but there's no rewind 30s button and I wont be able to save my spot.

    Dual Sim iPhone Pro Max Help

    I have a dual sim on my Iphone Pro Max. One line is for personal use and the second line is for business . Usually when someone is calling me from an unknown number an icon comes up indicating P for Primary or S for Secondary. In the past few days, that icon has gone away. Now it just has a gray box. I went into the ATT store yesterday, but nobody there knew the answer and suggested it was an iOS issue. Thanks.

    I am having issues with my iPhone keyboard.

    I deleted my old payment method so I could put in my new one. When I tried to type in the numbers, the keypad with the numbers was in the middle of the screen and the keypad was halfway cut off. I need to know how to fix this.

    Display issues w/ Mac Mini - USB - Please assist

    Hello all, I have a Mac mini (Late 2014), 1.4 GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory, I have it connected with a USB cord to a 4 port USB switch that then connects to my monitor with USB. Other devices connected through the USB switch are my PC and an Xbox One.

    I am having issues when switching channel back to the Mac where it will have a black border all the way around the display, losing about an inch of picture all the way around. Even worse sometimes though, when i switch back to the Mac Mini I can get a distorted picture in neon greens, neon pinks, static with some picture or no picture at all included with static noise coming from speakers.

    Now I have decided that this issue must be with the Mac Mini since it is the only machine out of the 3 that doesn't switch to and from perfectly normal. I don't have a clue how I would go about fixing the issue. Honestly I have dealt with this for about 2 years, it's very annoying but I just shut down the Mac Mini and reboot and I have my full screen again, no distortion at all.

    USB switch: 4K ARC HDMI 2.0 HDR 4 in 1 out switch

    Is the output iTunes media folder a finalized copy of those files with album art, song titles, etc., exactly the way they are in iTunes?

    Basically, say I add 1 album to an empty iTunes library that was on a usb flash drive or from a CD, then I proceed to change the album art of that album. And say I also go ahead and change some of the spelling on some of the track names...Will the default output iTunes music folder make a final copy of all of these changes? If so if i were to make a copy of that entire iTunes library (in this case just one album) onto another form of storage, would a new/fresh iTunes install be able to recognize those same changes in the files when using the copied library as the source for adding music to that new iTunes Library? Sorry if that was a really complicated way to ask a simple question but any assistance in regards to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Mac Book Pro can run Steam Games just fine but struggles to do simple tasks like browse the internet

    Recently my Mac Book Pro (2017) has been really slow at loading web pages and opening other general applications. Both google chrome and safari will take ages to load any sort of page usually saying "This site can't be reached/ this website took too long to respond."

    It will take a long time to open up various apps like Pages or Mail and will be laggy when I use them.

    Thanks to the spare time of quarantine, I've gotten back into TF2 as it is fun game that is not that graphically advanced so it can actually run just fine on a modern Mac. I've been able to have flawless, smooth game play with other players with no issues. Yet simply googling anything can take 5-10 minutes for a single web page to load.

    My internet is fine, I have plenty of space / storage left and McAfee says my laptop is virus free.

    Any idea what the problem could be?

    i downloaded google chrome today after having deleted it for storage purposes, but now that it's back it won't show on my launchpad anywhere?

    it's on my dock, and i'm using it, but it's not in the launchpad like it was before and using the search tool within launchpad doesn't bring it up either.

    if i spotlight search it, it comes up under applications.

    Cant delete file using Terminal rm or disable SIP, Catalina

    i tried to delete a file via terminal using rm then sudo rm and ended up discovering serious permission issues,

    i then disabled SIP in recovery mode but nothing changed after restart, anyone else experiencing this with MacOs Catalina?

    Is my AppleCare+ Coverage still applicable when if I wipe MacBook Pro Hard drive?

    I recently wiped my MBP Hard drive because I kept facing a software glitch that was reseting my computer every time I check my storage. I have purchased an AppleCare+ Plan just about a week before. I tried to check my coverage details today and it says that "Valid Purchase Date" and "Telephone Technical Support: Active". I am panicking right now as I have invested a lot in this. See, I asked a relative to help me purchase it as I don't reside in the US. I have all the documents and proof of purchase for my Applecare+ plan. Please help me, I can't afford to lose this so easily. Who do I contact?? Where do I email??

    Hey folks. I'm trying to NOT receive iMessages on a new-for-me MacBook Air that I just updated to Catalina 10.15.4. I've already signed out of my iMessage account in the Messages app on the MacBook, but even so, whenever my iPhone gets a text, a little disclaimer thing pops up on the laptop too even though I've signed out. I understand the utility of having a backup of the messages on a device apart from my phone, but I just kind of want a Berlin Wall between texts, that should go and live on my Phone, and a laptop, which is for other things. Example of it happening despite my having signed out

    So how do I get the laptop to stop letting me know about texts?
