    Hi all, subject says it all basically, I used to have my iPad Pro always on no alert/notification volume, but now I changed it due to needing timer ringer sometimes. This means I hear the annoying chime any time I confirm an app download on App Store. Is there any way to disable it? It plays even on DND and even disabling sounds in App Store notification settings (or disabling them at all,FWIW) Only solution would be disabling Face ID for App Store and disabling pwd for free downloads at least, but it's not a solution actually. Thank you for watching :D !

    Why am I constantly being asked to update Apple ID settings and log in?

    One of the wallpapers I like to change to once in a while is very bright. Actually, it's the stock 3D Touch wallpaper for the iPhone X. When I had it on my phone in iOS 11 days, the wallpaper popped. The colors blended in well and made me appreciate OLED on the iPhone X at the time.

    Now, I'm still using my iPhone X, and the wallpaper seems to not be as bright as it use to. In fact, I found a copy offline and auto corrected the brightness to the way it used to look. Then, I set the wallpaper as my wallpaper and started back at square one

    Did Apple change the brightness for wallpapers?

    iOS printing

    Hey, are there printer options or settings in iPhone or iPad? I've never used a printer to print from my phone or iPad, now I'm trying to print images and scanned documents for the first time and it's printing weird. I can't scale scanned documents to print and it's labeled scanned document on the copy. And I can't scale pictures either?

    So I've been fighting with iCloud for like 3 months now, it will not let me back up to spite having 3gb free space, I've deleted previous backups and saved photos to a different account to save space. Entirely so I didn't have to get a monthly subscription to literally own an iPhone.

    At this point it won't let me backup at all anymore, still have the same amount of everything or thereabouts that I always have, i feel like Apple is lying to me about needing storage obviously to make money from me, but I can see right in front of me that I have plenty of space available, this is just another little scummy thing apple does for more money. As much as I like iPhone I can't stand these constant little charges for bullshit that you cannot get away from.

    Now most people might think I'm just doing something wrong or missing something, I work directly with phone sales and I spend all day every day talking piss about new phones and helping people fix issues, so I know any of the basic shit you'd have to know to confidently use a phone. Yet still Apple is bending me for another 3 quid a month.

    Anyone else get this same problem? Can't find anyone else with the issue.

    My phone is an iphone 8,bought around 5-6 months back,it has recently started to behave weird

    1)random black lines appear on my screen

    2)apps crash frequently

    3)presses things on screen without me doing anything

    4)wifi disconnects when the phone is locked

    No option to view webm in VLC from safari

    The consensus way to view webm files is to open them in safari and click on the 'open in vlc' button. However I'm not getting this option and safari only says "Do you want to download webmname.webm" instead. What's wrong with this? I'm on IOS version 13.4.1 if that helps.

    Reminders alternative that works with Siri?

    My reminders app on my iPhone 7 hasn't worked since iOS 13, Apple won't help, and I can't figure anything out so I'm giving up. Are there any other reminders apps that work with Siri? Meaning, can I tell Siri to set a reminder or add to a list?

    Battery loss while phone is off

    How can I block redirects on chrome?

    Using a slightly dodgy movie website, it does work but whenever I click on anything it just redirects me to some obvious scam websites. I've tried googling obviously, only thing that I can see is turning off pop ups which does nothing at all for redirects. Help

    iMessage in an MMS thread

    Have a group chat comprised of multiple iPhones and Androids and one iPhone in particular can only send iMessages to the thread meaning the Android phones don't see the messages.

    iPhone in question has both "MMS Messaging" and "Group Messaging" turned on in settings.

    Tried turning iMessage off and sending to the thread but received the "Not Delivered" error.

    Any ideas?
