    I recently created an OCR app called Textlytic. This app allows you to convert an image to text either through your camera or through the photo gallery. I was wondering whether you guys could maybe download it and give me feedback on how it is and how it performs. I'm a highschool junior and I don't have much academic prowess. I just want to follow my passion. This is basically my ticket to college so if you guys could download the app it would mean the world to me. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    Iphone as pc speaker

    Got a new Xs two weeks ago and updated it to iOS 13.4.1 from 12.0. Are jerky animations to be expected when scrolling through apps like Twitter and Facebook or is it just bad install?

    Long story short, I escaped from an abusive situation and was unable to obtain my old MacBook Pro in the process of leaving. I have some synced information (although I had deleted pretty much all files from my computer, I forgot to clear the calendar, and I did not restore it to factory settings before giving it to someone I was living with) from the MacBook that I would like to keep on my phone, but I want to eliminate the MacBook from my iCloud user. Any advice???

    How do my daughter claim the app gift I sent her?

    I just sent an app do my daughter, she is 11. I don't see her often so I can't physically help her. But she sent me a screenshot of her apple id. It was an outlook.com mail. I sent an app as a gift to that email. how does she get the app?

    She tried log on the email but she said she cant log in. I don't know what the problem is but shouldnt she just get the app ready to be downloaded without logging in or?

    iPhone 11 Pro Max - iOS 13.4.1 - Lag issue fixed by fixing Face ID

    I got my 11 Pro Max 256 several weeks ago and was more than happy. I had replaced my X I got just after release.

    After the last update to 13.4.1 I started noticing serious lag. Clicking an app could take 2-3 seconds, typing would take several seconds for the keys to respond, things like that.

    This was driving me crazy. I got on a chat with a service tech last night who had me reinstall 13.4.1 through iTunes. This still didn't fix the issue. The remote diagnostic also did not find hardware issues. My plan today was to do a fresh iOS install.

    Since the update, or my upgrade, I've noticed that the App Store required my password for each download. I've had this before so wasn't worried, I'd fix it later. I did have Face ID turned on for the App Store but for some reason it would not work.

    Finally, last night I said I was going to fix it. I turned Face ID off and back on for the App Store. For some reason this process would not accept my iCloud password. I knew it was correct, as it worked elsewhere. So, I reset the password and got Face ID turned back on for the App Store. Face ID now worked for purchases.

    But guess what? The lag issue was gone. For some reason the App Store issue with Face ID was causing the lag. Now, it is probably deeper than that and related to some background process eating RAM or the processor. But, that Face ID App Store fix reset the process.

    Wanted to post because I could not diagnose or find any other solutions to my problem until randomly.

    Status bar and control center with different icons

    On iOS 13.4, on my iPhone 6s, Wifi Calling is active along with airplane mode in the "common" status bar. However, wifi calling "disappears" in the control center, as if I had disabled it.

    In other words, the common status bar shows active Wifi Calling and the control center shows disabled Wifi Calling, that is, a shameful bug for Apple.

    Anyone else with this problem?

    Help iPhone XR shutting down slow

    iPhone XR takes about 15-20 seconds to shutdown and during those 15-20 seconds you can see a blueish light bleeding from the screen.

    iCloud Backup / Files / Unknown Docs?

    Hi all, hopefully a quick question here, I received the warning that I was running out of space in my iCloud so I investigated to see what the cause could be. I only have 5GB standard storage but since I don't keep videos/photos on there it's always been enough to hold my iPhone and iPad backups without any problems.

    The main culprit was the Files app on my iPhone at 1.57GB which is strange as I don't keep large files on my devices - upon opening the app and looking not just at the iCloud Drive section but also the On My iPhone and Recently Deleted I couldn't find any files at all except some small spreadsheets and documents - maybe 10mb max - Where could this 1.57GB be coming from?

    Note: under On My iPhone there are only 2 folders 'Fax' and 'OPlayer Lite' which I have used in the past - the folders suggest there are items in there but when I open them, they are empty - perhaps this is an issue or perhaps these are just system files and unrelated but thought worth mentioning.

    The only way I could free up my iCloud was to delete my backup and miss out the Files app from a new backup. This is probably fine though I am unsure if I am missing anything important in the Files app? What do you think?

    Streaming games with ongoing discord call

    Hi! I am streaming some games on my iPhone with in-games sounds and microphone. Usually, I play with my friends and we use discord call to talk with them. However, on my livestream, I am the only one that can be heard talking and the in-game sounds.

    Is there any way to capture the discord call as well on iOS?

    Best way to manage 4000 songs?

    Over the years, I've collected about 4000 songs on my Windows computer. I just synced them all to my iPhone. However, when just playing them in Shuffle, I find myself skipping 7 out of 10 songs - there's just so much „junk" in there. I don't want to delete those files though, every now and then it's still nice to listen to them.

    Can you recommend an easy way to organize the music? Go through the library one by one and create a playlist of wanted songs for a shuffle? Remove whole folders in iTunes, create playlists of the files left and then re-add folders? Or maybe a special app or software for Windows?

    Music deleting itself everyday

    I've been using Apple Music for over a year now but a few months ago something odd started happening. every now and again my downloaded songs have been deleting themselves for no reason. initially i thought it was the storage optimisation setting but it's off and i have ample space in my phone. i tried deleting the app then re-installing,that did nothing. i tried turning on and off iCloud music library but that didn't work. these days this problem is worse. per day i can download the same song at least 3 times. am i the only one who has experienced this? and those that managed to deal with it how did you do it?
