Help me find a Cyberpunk JRPG! Posted: 04 Jan 2020 09:16 AM PST About a year ago I had a hard reset on my old Ipad Mini, and so I lost all of installed apps. Upon reinstalling some of them I realised that I couldn't find a certain game in my purchases nor in the store itself. It was free, and it had a sequel which was going for a very low price. It was a single player game. The story started with a couple of characters, whose designs were clearly inspired by anime and cyberpunk genres, infiltrating the bad guy's base. They had a fight with bad guy, that also served as a fighting system tutorial. Fighting in this game was 100% JRPG-style. Our heroes lost the fight, and the prologue ended. After that we were introduced to a duo of our main characters. They were entering on their spaceship some kind of futuristic city. I think one of them had a relative in this city which he wanted to pay a visit to. The city was divided on a levels, which were inhabited on a principle of its population's income. The poor ones were living on the lower level. Apart from fighting, the gameplay was similar to the classic adventure games. The locations were in 2D, you could walk in them freely, talk to the various characters and find items that would help you to progress the story. The game clearly was indie, but it was well made and visually looked good. Nothing was feeling out of place, I think all of the artwork was original. I remember mistaken the title of the game with Aeon Flux. It sounded similar. I would really appreciate any lead. Maybe some of you know a place where I can continue my searches? Posted: 04 Jan 2020 06:49 AM PST My friend and I just released an app about a month ago and are looking for gameplay/UX/UI feedback on the app. What do you think of the gameplay? Is the game too difficult? Do any of the design elements clash? What could make it more "sustainable" and enjoyable over the long run? Thanks in advance for your feedback, Redditors! Posted: 04 Jan 2020 01:02 AM PST As stated in the title, was wondering if anyone else has this issue ever since updating to iOS 13. I can't seem to play a match, the app itself opens fine, the menus work but when I enter a match it crashes right away. Thanks all [link] [comments]

Looking for a game with lots of replayability but very short rounds/levels Posted: 03 Jan 2020 11:38 AM PST I'm looking for a game that I can play a round for maximum 5 minutes, put down, and pick-up again later. I really like the idea of rouge-like/lite/etc but usually a good run can mean playing for a lot longer, and it doesn't really appeal to me. But I really like the endless style of them. I've seen Minit is currently on sale and think I will pick that up (though I don't know if it's an endless game). I've seen 60 Seconds! Atomic Adventure, but that doesn't look like my kind of thing. Story driven game with relatively basic controls Posted: 03 Jan 2020 12:55 PM PST Hey everyone! I'm looking for a game to pass the time at work. I want something with a good story and simple controls, such as the Wolf Among Us or KOTOR. I did enjoy Limbo as well. I've tried playing Grand Theft Auto but it just doesn't work all that well for me on my iPhone as far as controls go. Any suggestions? [link] [comments]
Silly concept but deep arcade game: Toilet Ninjas Posted: 03 Jan 2020 06:28 PM PST Hello reddit family, I'd like to share my iOS game "Toilet Ninjas" with you. The game is a throwback to early arcade games but with a silly bathroom themed twist. It's easy to pick up and play but hard to master. It's not bogged down with ads nor does it have a pay-to-win structure. The game is beatable and encourages multiple playthroughs to compete for the highscore. There are also boss battles, achievements, weapon upgrades and secrets to uncover. I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the games design and I want to thank anyone in advance for taking the time to play it. Also, I genuinely welcome any kind of feedback :) Quick trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzLC-VYZME4 App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/toilet-ninjas/id1444706930 -Nutzo Alfonzo [link] [comments]
