| I can’t download any apps on my iphone6s Posted: 02 Nov 2019 01:50 PM PDT I select an app from the App Store, click install. It says "verification required, tap continue to view billing information" so I tap continue. Then it said "we've run into a problem please try again later" I click "OK" But it still loads and automatically brings up account settings with my Apple ID, manage payments,add funds to Apple ID, ratings and reviews, subscriptions history, purchase history, remove this device, and add iTunes pass to wallet, all as options for me to click on. So I clicked on manage payments and again it says "we've run into a problem please try again later. And when I click OK this time, it just goes back to the account settings page. I'm not sure what to do. I have added funds to my Apple ID. I have deleted apps. Made room in my storage on my phone. I have updated it to the latest software, but it has been doing this for a few days and I don't know how I am supposed to fix it. Pleeeease help me. [link] [comments]  |

So I just changed over from Android and since all my pictures are on Google Photos I figured I'd just use that app on this phone. The thing is, a lot of my pictures are not showing up on the app— but online, they're still there when I login. They're just not showing up on the app. Any advice would be very helpful! Thank you! | iPhone XR won't open apps or shut down Posted: 02 Nov 2019 10:14 AM PDT I am unable to open any of my apps. I can still receive calls, emails and texts, but when I try to open the app to reply, it won't allow me to. I tried shutting down my phone, but I am also unable to do that. I can't go to my settings to shut down my phone since I can't open any of my apps! Has anyone had a similar situation and fixed the issue? Edit: I forgot to add that my side button also wasn't working properly. If my phone timed out, I could click the side button and my lock screen would show up. If I clicked the side button again to make my screen black, it wouldn't work. If I tried to screenshot, it wouldn't work. If I tried to shut down my phone, it wouldn't work. I fixed my issue by clicking the up volume, then the down volume then the side button! It took a few times for me to get it right, but it worked :) [link] [comments]  |
| Key presses sometimes register twice Posted: 02 Nov 2019 03:45 AM PDT Not sure how to describe this, but sometimes (pretty regularly, multiple times a day) my phone will register key presses multiple times and words become a jumbled mess. It seems to happen mostly when switching apps, so for example switching to Safari and typing something into the address bar and it'd just be some of the same keys repeated over and over again. | Mail app doesn’t go to next message if I move one Posted: 02 Nov 2019 03:34 AM PDT I swear if I was going through my emails and moved one to a folder, it would jump to the next email, but it no longer does that for some reason. I can't see anything under the settings but this is making sorting through my emails quite tedious :( Any suggestions please? I'd prefer not to use a third party mail app. Thanks!
