Any good games with a really good, non-P2W progression system?

    Posted: 06 Nov 2019 11:16 PM PST

My PC shit out on me, so I have to wait a month or two to build a new one, so I'm fiending for a game to play on iOS. I'm looking for a couple of things

    • A quick game to play (for breaks at work mostly)
    • a large player-base
    • a progression system that matters and feels good

Games I play religiously on PC are World of Warcraft (classic and retail) as well as League, so I like a grind when I'm working towards something. Got anything for me?

Rogue-like game for someone with a bad thumb

    Posted: 07 Nov 2019 01:06 AM PST

I've been looking for a game that's roguelike/dungeon crawler esque, but I have a bad, arthritic right thumb. So while I can still use it to play games, anything that requires fast tapping or motions regularly from my right thumb wont work for me. Any suggestions? I've been playing a lot of card games, which are fun but getting old.

I need help finding a game related to the prefix “hex”

    Posted: 06 Nov 2019 03:37 PM PST

Do any of you recall playing a game that was roller-coaster like. It was very fast-paced, futuristic-looking, and had triangle blocks as obstacles. It was a tap-based game. All of the levels had cool names like Orion, Mercury, Antares, etc. I can't find it anywhere because I don't even remember what it's called.

Should we use smart contracts in eGames?

    Posted: 06 Nov 2019 01:05 PM PST

In the last decade, electronic sports or eSports have been rapidly growing in popularity, in some cases gaining a larger viewership than real-world sporting events. These virtual tournaments, where players from across the world pit themselves against each other, have been facilitated by internet technology that has made real-time worldwide gaming possible. I saw an art about this: https://hackernoon.com/how-smart-contracts-can-revolutionize-esports-and-massive-multiplayer-online-games-0h1e333f

Is Alto’s Odyssey worth the hefty asking price?

    Posted: 06 Nov 2019 02:45 PM PST

I have played Alto's Adventure and I thought it was pretty fun but after a long time it just got repetitive. Is Alto's Odyssey worth the $5? Would you buy it?
