| Posted: 24 Oct 2019 06:47 PM PDT hi, i just recieved a semi used iphone 7 for free and the downside is that the mic doesnt seem to pick up. ive factory reset it already as well as reset the network settings. when i updated it to ios 13.1.3, it started to work and i thought i was good until it shortly started happening again. ive looked it up online and it stated that after ios 11, this was a frequent problem with the iphone 7 and have yet to find a solution. can anyone who has fixed this problem throw some tips my way, thanks. I charged it to 95% and it was at ~80 before going to sleep. After waking up i am at 60%🤔 Maximum capacity available says 92% and its around one year old. Any ideas ? link [link] [comments]  |

It says the WiFi is connected fine in the settings but when you go go like pinterest or Facebook nothing is loading. I already reset network settings. | Want to enroll in iPhone Upgrade Program while switching carriers from ATT to Verizon Posted: 24 Oct 2019 06:31 PM PDT Hi All, I have an ATT iPhone X and am looking to enroll in the iUP program to get an 11 Pro while also porting my number to Verizon. On the Apple store site and app I cannot select the Verizon iPhone as I do not have a Verizon account yet. What is my best course of action? If I select a carrier free iPhone 11 Pro I am unable to enroll in the iUP program. It seems selecting the ATT iPhone 11 may be counterproductive if I plan to switch soon after I receive it. Do I go into a Verizon store and port my iPhone X over first, and then order the Verizon iPhone 11 once I have a Verizon account? I understand the antennae in my iPhone X may not work though with Verizon, but maybe a moot point if I switch quickly? Thank you in advance! [link] [comments]  |

I have an iphone 7 plus 128 gig. i have had it since it was new and now it is really acting up. After updating to ios 13.1.3 i no longer get notifications on anything. If i want to know if i just got a snap i have to open snap and then let it load, and facetime (audio and video) is simply not working. When i try and call it just times out not getting trough. I solved some of this problem already by setting my phone to never automatically join wifi networks except for ones it already knows, like my house. Sometimes I go outside of my house and sit in my car to send messages. I always have to turn off wifi when I am out there because I am far from the router and the signal is weak. My carrier is stronger out there yet my phone stubbornly tries to connect to my weak wifi. Is there a way to make my phone only connect to strong wifi signals? [link] [comments]  |

There will be a couple of headlines and then up to 10 blank spaces before the next email and I have to scroll right down to the bottom to get to them. Does anybody have a fix for this? I am a nurse and am frequently on call overnight to respond to life-threatening emergencies. I must be disturbable!! I've gone through settings>do not disturb and have turned the switch off, but every night it just turns itself back on! Please help me because I don't mean to be dramatic but if I miss a call somebody might actually die. what am I missing?? [link] [comments]  |

I see "System" using 4.88 GB and "Other" using 3.57 GB. How can I lean these out? I'm using over 8GB in "system and other" and I'm running out of space. I don't think it was like this before. | I can only access certain internet services with LTE. Posted: 24 Oct 2019 06:55 AM PDT Hey guys, I'm posting this here because I'm unsure how to word this in such a way that Google could help. I have an IPhone X. So, starting yesterday, my LTE connection through Visible stopped allowing me to access certain internet services such as Spotify and Twitch, but others still work, such as Google search, Youtube, and the App Store. I can access Wifi and browse and use the internet just fine. So far, I've restarted my phone, toggled airplane mode, reset network settings, reset general settings, and pulled my sim card out and put it back in. I've contacted Visible customer support, but they are lost beyond it being more than a simple internet issue. To recap, here's what works: Youtube video, app store (search, and download), google search, google maps What doesn't work: Spotify, general web browsing, Reddit, Youtube comments Also, my wife has Visible, and her IPhone SE works just fine, and Visible isn't reporting outages, so I don't think its specifically Visible.
