- I joined this group because apparently there are heavy restrictions with asking questions/ getting advice about pretty much anything in the main iOS and iPhone subreddits on here. Long story short here is my question about my battery life issues I’m having with my year old phone.
- What is the point of this feature?
- How can I know that iPhone XS is now fast charging?
- Reddit app sending pictures as links instead of images?
- Use iPhone's mic with headphone's sound?
- Will Find my iPhone constantly update my location if i set it to allow my location only once?
- Battery problem

| Posted: 30 Oct 2019 08:00 PM PDT Right now, I have a 128 GB iPhone XR product red version from AT&T. it feels like my battery is draining way quicker during the day than what's stated. It said I still retain 95% of charging capabilities and I looked up my specific usage statistics and it shows that I am not using my phone for too much high-intensity stuff outside of the normal stuff with the occasional use of Apple Music some YouTube and a few related apps. I don't have many apps running in the background and don't use too many of the intense ones on cellular, mostly on Wi-Fi when I'm home. Are there, for lack of a better word, a battery of tests I can do to figure out if I need to go to Apple for a replacement? (I have AppleCare plus coverage) I truly appreciate any suggestions or feedback for this situation because it is annoying that I could take my phone off the charger at say 10 AM and by 11 PM like today for example I didn't use my phone too much but I find myself getting near 15% at the time of writing this post out. Also, thank you advance. This is my first post here so I'm sorry if it's long but I figure that this is the best community to go to for hopefully a solid resolution to this mildly irritating dilemma and I'd rather still go without using a pricey battery pack. Posted: 30 Oct 2019 05:12 PM PDT Hello, I would like to use my headphones (Beats Studio 3) because my phone's speaker volume is super low, I can't hear a thing when I'm on the phone. The only problem is the headphone's mic quality is a 0/100. Like every time I speak with it, no one can understand me. So my question is, is there a way to use my headphones sound and my phones mic at the same time? I've searched in the settings for a while and I can't seem to find anything :( Thanks! | Posted: 30 Oct 2019 06:30 AM PDT I was screwing in the ringer and volume up screw with battery in there and the screwdriver made a little scratche on the battery And after that when I charged my phone and then i saw a liquid coming out not much but a little drop and I cleaned it and now its working fine so should I use it or not [link] [comments]  |
| Returning phone bought under iPhone Upgrade Program Posted: 30 Oct 2019 05:54 AM PDT Hi all- Last Saturday, I traded in my XR and bought the iPhone 11 Pro under the iPhone Upgrade Program. While I've definitely enjoyed my new phone, I've also realized that, for my needs, it probably wasn't worth the extra $400 or so dollars. A few questions: 1) Is it possible to return the phone and cancel the loan if it's still within the normal two-week return period? 2) Would it be possible to get my old phone back (I'm going to assume this is a no.)? 3) If getting my old phone isn't possible, what would you all recommend I do?
