    I've been going a bit crazy over this. Sometimes, I'll watch be watching a video podcast on Youtube, get a message, reply to that message through iMessage, go back to Youtube, and the app has been killed and refreshes. Now, I have to remember where in the 2 hour podcast I left off. It's been driving me nuts, and was hopeful it was fixed in 13.1, but unfortunately it wasn't. I know it isn't just a Youtube bug because when I go to other apps that are in the background, they will also refresh. I have an iPhone 7 Plus, which I understand has 1GB less RAM than the newer phones, but it should at least be holding a little bit of weight. Is there any option on my end that can fix the battery management on my phone? Or do I just have to wait for this to eventually be addressed in a later update?

    Anyone else think Haptic Touch is too slow?

    Haven't seen any posts on this, so I decided to share my thoughts.

    I went from a 6S to a XR over the summer, knowing I would miss 3D Touch, I was one of the few users who used that feature a lot. But I knew at some point the XR will have it's own version of 3D Touch, so I didn't think I would miss it too much. Now being on IOS 13.1, Haptic Touch is slow for me. I've even tested out the speeds on my friend's 6S and my XR and the 3D Touch on the 6S was still much faster. Hopefully one day Apple could add a faster speed for Haptic Touch!

    And is it just me it is iOS still just as buggy as before? Automations still fail to execute when triggered, and even when they are triggered and run it still gives the error message. I still miss calls or messages due to notifications for both failing to push to my Apple Watch. I'm sure there's more but it's early for me.

    Anyone else notice any improvements from before?

    I noticed that if I try to scan an NFC tag to run an automation, but then I try to scan it again after the automation runs, it doesn't want to read another tag for at least another minute. Is this how it is supposed to be?

    Did iOS 13 make custom ringtones easier?

    Due to the download manager in safari now with iOS 13, could one theoretically download a ringtone file via safari, and set that file as their ringtone? 🤔

    Is iOS 13 the new iOS 11? (Discussion)

    RAM flushes, performance issues, battery drains, native apps crashing (...) We already received a second update in less than a week since the grand launch, and most of the problems still persist.

    Other than dark mode (which I still don't use because many apps haven't updated, making the entire experience inconsistent), SiriKit (high hopes for this one), and a few other things, do you really find iOS 13 to be an upgrade over 12, which was overall pretty well received?

    Does airplane mode no longer turn off Wi-Fi in iOS 13?

    I have the 11 Pro Max running iOS 13.1 and when I turn on airplane mode, it only disables cellular and Bluetooth, but not Wi-Fi. I'm pretty sure it disabled Wi-Fi as well in iOS 12, or am I tripping?

    Does smart charging work with Sleep Cycle on?

    Hey I am using sleep cycle every night and since today smart charging does not work. I start asking myself if it just needs more time to start or if it will not work if I am using sleep cycle? I stand up at 6am every morning from Monday to Friday so it should be easy to use smart charging.

    Anyone here hast experience with using sleep cycle and smart charging?

    Don’t favourite third-party app folders in Files app (it’s bugged)

    I favourited a folder of a third-party app (Documents) in the iOS 13 Files app. But shortly after, not only does it not show up under favourites, I can't unfavourite it either; the action does nothing.

    Edit: only way to recover is to recreate the folder

    Hi guys i really need help here .when i go to sleep i usually leave the wifi on to listen to some podcasts before going to bed and i usually activate the do not disturb mode on .but there is one specific app that bypass the do not disturb mode that is facebook messenger and it's killing me . Some friends will call you when you're still asleep and it scares the shit out of me please guys can someone recommend a way to disable facebook messenger call feature without deleting the app ?i seriously need that, i didn't get a proper night of sleep since months now because of this issue.
