    I have updated to iOS 13 Beta 6, and the issue SEEMS to be fixed. I am sitting at 30 minutes of standby with 9 minutes of usage, and watch still shows 100% battery. Previously (with iOS 13 Beta 5) I'd have been down easily 8% or so within half an hour, so it *seems* this has been fixed in the latest iOS 13 Beta, at least for me, if others don't have the same results, then there has to be some additional variable in play.

    I have not disabled or changed any settings (background, etc.), and they are the same as they were with iOS 13 Beta 5 and WatchOS 5.3 (I did end up going back to iOS 13 Beta 4 as battery drain on watch was dreadful), but again it seems the issue has been fixed with iOS 13 Beta 6.

    [Workaround] How to use cellular data to update iOS

    Go to Settings> General> Date & Time and turn off 'Set Automatically'. 30 day trick doesn't work here. I don't know what the specific amount of months is, but I've found if you roll the Date 6 months ahead your great to go.

    Next go back into Software Update and check for an update. Download & Install should now be black instead of greyed out. Click Download & Install and then a pop up will show up asking you if you want to download it over a cellular connection. Click Continue and wait for the update to install.

    When the download is completed. You have to go back into the Date & Time preferences and toggle back ON Set Automatically otherwise it will fail to install the update. Once you toggle that back ON, go back to the update preferences and click Install Update. It will then check with Apple and verify the update. Once installed it will ask you to reboot the device. Done.

    The bouncing animation that happens when long pressing on an icon to bring up the context menu seems faster with Beta 6 (finally).

    Edit: Faster with 3D touch, too.

    They've fixed the torch 3D Touch behavior, however I feel a considerable delay. Timer is still not working properly.

    (By proper behavior I mean that you can change the torch intensity by swiping after 3D Touch without lifting your finger)
