    There is a circle small-medium size on the left hand if my screen, and it's blue discolouration. It's more noticeable on white/bright screens rather than dark. I don't have a picture atm. But do you think it's my phone screen itself or the screen protector?

    Has anyone heard of something like this happen?

    iphone disabled by itself??

    Ok guys I really need help here.. we were staying with my bf at his cousins house sleeping on the couch. He woke up one morning at 8:15 as his cousin was leaving, said goodbye to him, saw that his iphone 5 was dead and put it to charge. He didn't check if it was charging or if it turned back on, he just left it face down on the desk were it was charging. I woke up at around 10 and went to the bathroom and when I came out he said there is something wrong with his phone and it's disabled. To the point where it says connect to iTunes. He of course is accusing me of messing with it. I literally didn't touch the phone and I can swear it up and down. Is there any way or did it by itself or the passcode got pushed in while face down on the desk?? I really don't get what happened... btw it was also very windy and one window was open don't know if this helps

    Why does my iPhone XS Max brightness keeps dimming down, even when I’m on a bright or dark place

    iPhone Contacts Question

    My work email got turned off. I've lost all contacts that I added over the last 15 months. Even when I sync my contacts from cloud the only one's on there are the one's previous the past 15 months.

    If I type in a name, say "John Smith" that I added over the last 15 months on search it pulls up our conversation completely. If i search that within "messages" or on the generic search. I can't for the life of me get "the contact" back... Any ideas?

    Wondering if anyone has any idea what’s going on with my phone. Spent an Hour on the phone with customer support and they have absolutely no clue, they tried everything.

    So here is the situation:

    • When I try to make a call it shows that it's ringing so the second counter is going, but I'm unable to hit speaker phone and I can't hear the phone ringing, or if the person picks up and starts talking
    • The other person that I'm calling can answer but they also can't hear me.
    • I can still send texts and use the internet on my sprint data (with or without WiFi)
    • FaceTime calls and audio ring but fail eventually, even if the other person picks up
    • if I try to record a voice memo it says "no audio devices found"
    • plugging in headphones does not work, the audio continues to play out loud

    I Have an iPhone 7+ it's about 4 months old We have tried resetting network settings etc but nothing has worked. I'm SO confused! HELP

    Help with photo sorting on new phone

    So I just upgraded to a XS Max and love it so far, however I wasn't able to set it up like my old 7+ and had to do the Verizon content transfer app. All of my pictures and videos are here but they aren't sorted by date anymore. In my All Photos album it is sorted by videos and then pictures being at the top and it is all mixed up in terms of date the picture or video was taken. Is there a way to sort this out? It really drives me crazy not knowing where all my pictures and videos are.

    The ‘other’ category in my storage is way too big

    Hi all, I am on an iPhone 6 Plus, 64 GB, ios 12.2. I've noticed that when I look at my storage, the 'other' is equivalent to 10 GBs. I really want to rid my phone of as much of it as possible, but my efforts have been fruitless. I've tried everything, from clearing my safari cache to backing up, wiping, and restoring, and so far none of it will go away. This might seem like nothing compared to some of the issues I've seen others encountering, but I'd appreciate any help you could give me. Thanks!!

    Control Center shortcut for vibrate on/off?

    So far all I have found is Do Not Disturb, which still vibrates when the screen is unlocked. When I'm on my phone at work I don't want it buzzing all the time, but when I put it back in my pocket I do. Do I have to go to iphone settings -> sounds every time I want to change this setting or is there a shortcut?

    Hi! I hope you can help me. I know that the common problem for iPhone 7 or 7 plus is their mic. I've had recurring problem with mic and it's very inconvenient for me. I can't hear the other line when I'm answering calls, disabled mic for voice recorder or video and displayed "No Audio Device Found". The thing is, I gave up repairing and it's out of warranty. So, the only option is replacing or buying the whole unit. Fuck right? Do you have similar problems and how did you do about it? And if I'm planning to buy the 8plus, does it have the same problem? Thanks!

    iPhone 6 battery stuck on the low battery screen?

    This morning, I woke up to my iPhone 6 stuck on the low battery screen. I charged it overnight so that I could be woken up by the alarm on the phone. At approximately 10:30am, I went to check my phone and it was on the "low battery" screen - even though it was still charging. I then tried a different iPhone charger, and that didn't work either.

    Does this mean that my iPhone's battery is screwed?
