Kayo Issues Posted: 04 Jul 2019 02:52 AM PDT Are there any other Aussie's using Kayo? I am having problems streaming live sport but I can stream Netflix and 9Now without any issues. Is it the app or the settings? Any help is appreciated. tvOS 13 beta remote control issue Posted: 04 Jul 2019 12:33 AM PDT Hi all. tvOS 13 beta 2 and I have a problem with my All In One remote control. It doesn't work unless I turn on the apple tv remote. Using an airplay device - annoying Posted: 03 Jul 2019 06:40 PM PDT So I've read that the Apple TV doesn't send UI event sounds through AirPlay. Which kinda sucks because I'm now using a HomePod as a sort of sound bar. And it sounds great and works well in my limited space. However, aside from not hearing the clicks etc from the ATV interface, I noticed that Hulu Live TV's channel guide drops off airplay and then comes back when I close it. So the sound goes through HDMI to the TV when I open up the channel guide, and switches back when I close it. Apple TV 4K 32gb or 64gb? Posted: 03 Jul 2019 02:20 PM PDT Hi all. Looking to get an APTV4K. I currently use a fire stick 4K. Hate how clunky and unresponsive it can be. All of my movies I purchase from iTunes and access through MoviesAnywhere (MA). Some of my movies can't be accessed on MA, so I'm reduced to using my iPhone for those. I only stream through Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and occasionally YouTube. I also want to access my full iTunes movie library so I can ditch MA. I don't care for gaming or music on the APTV4K. My TV is a Sony 900e. It's 4K, HDR10, 120hz. I'll be plugging the APTV4K into my Sony Dolby Atmos soundbar (ST5000) which will feed to the TV. My question is this: 32gb or 64gb? Do I really need the storage if all I'll be doing is streaming from the big services and watching my iTunes library? Thanks for the help! Edit: I'm looking to buy it from Costco just in case I don't like it a few months from now or the app gets rolled out to my Sony TV. Controlling AppleTV Volume with Harmony Remote - Solved Posted: 03 Jul 2019 06:53 PM PDT I just bought a couple of HomePods during the recent $199 sale and love them but was disappointed to find out that I could not control their volume using a Harmony remote because Logitech does not include the Vol Up & Down commands in their library for AppleTV. I spent a few hours searching the interwebs last night and could not find a solution, but I stumbled across one today in a thread about bring up the app switcher using the same remote. By pairing the Logitech hub via Bluetooth (details in photo) you add your AppleTV with the device name "Harmony Beta" and number "Test Apple TV". When you build an activity and customize remote low and behold there is a Vol Up & Down function. It works to control the volume for both HomePod & AirPods! My Deonon AVR is connected through HDMI ARC but is only receiving a stereo signal. Public Beta: “Watch Now” shows not appearing on home screen menu (Instead showing “What to Watch” Posted: 03 Jul 2019 02:05 PM PDT I noticed this on macOS (but it was fixed with today's Public Beta), but the only way to see the shows you are watching is by selecting the "Apple TV" app. They used to show up as preview windows when the TV App is on the top row.
