    Apple Watch for Women

    Posted: 08 Jan 2019 07:34 AM PST

I'm considering buying an Apple Watch and I'm curious if any women have any opinions about it?

At least where I live I don't see many women wearing one, although I think the gold one is beautiful :)

Does anyone have any cute watch band suggestions?

[Help] “Worktime Tracker Pro” watch app not working for anyone else?

    Posted: 08 Jan 2019 07:31 AM PST

The normal app works fine but the Apple Watch app is just blank for me. I use this a lot so I was hoping to have this functionality...just checking incase anyone else that uses it knows why it isn't working.

FYI I have a series 4 and have the latest watch OS but haven't updated to the latest iOS 12 (I heard there were issues)

Finally got my computations just right for running

    Posted: 08 Jan 2019 06:51 AM PST

https://i.imgur.com/8QfywrN.jpg While running I like to switch between an Podcast and Music depending on where I am at and what speed I want. Since I run flat land I also need to know the wind direction when I get started to not be surprised by wind from behind that leads me on, knowing the weather and sunset time is also important to schedule the run right. I used to check 3 places before I started my run now it's a quick look at the watch and I am good to go. I also have my entertainment options all right there. I usually have a very clean watch face (Simple with Calendar Computation), but this is great for on the road! I wish strava would let me customize their interface a bit more, too.

AW4 (Brand New) Not Recording Standing

    Posted: 08 Jan 2019 07:06 AM PST

First-time poster here - I got my first Apple Watch for Christmas this year and am still learning exactly how to use it. I have been finding that my watch does not always register that I have been standing. This morning, for example, I got out of bed at 6:20 a.m. and proceeded to get ready for my day, including moving my car out of the driveway so my husband could leave, and at 6:50 a.m. my watch tells me I have not stood yet for that hour. I spent the next ten minutes standing, walking, stretching, jumping and nothing was recorded. It has now recorded standing for the proceeding three hours. I wore my watch all night and it was at 88% in the morning. Am I doing something wrong?

I noticed a small red bump on my arm after wearing my Apple Watch all day yesterday. It’s not where the watch was placed but where the band was in contact with my wrist. Has anyone else had this issue?

I can’t be the only one who switches watch faces like clothes?

Any idea how to fix this? Been over for a few days.

Caught in two minds about the milanese loop

    Posted: 08 Jan 2019 06:34 AM PST

I'm rocking a SBSS AW. Been wanting a SB milanese loop since forever and finally found a good deal on an authentic one awhile ago. I've been extremely careful with it as I know it can scratch the watch body.

The inevitable day has arrived. The loop contacted the watch body when I was taking it off and lo and behold, left a scratch. Always knew this day would come sooner or later but it's literally heart breaking.

I'm not one to baby my electronics but I guess the first scratch always hurts. I'm beginning to feel like it's not worth having to be so careful using a milanese loop.

Anyone thinks a SBSS full of scratches gives it character? Can't seem to find pictures online.

    AW4 side button

    Posted: 08 Jan 2019 02:38 AM PST

Hi everyone, just got the series 4 yesterday and wanted to hear other people's thoughts. I'm coming from a series 2 and I've noticed on my 4 that the side button seems more flush and less clicky than my 2. Is that typical or did I get a dud? Thanks!

Can anyone recommend a counter app that has a complication available for the infograph and infograph modular faces on S4?

    Posted: 08 Jan 2019 06:06 AM PST

I currently use clicker to count sets for workouts but their complication isn't available for the S4 faces. I emailed the developer who said the don't have any plans to make a S4 complication. Does anyone have any other app suggestions that would work?

Anyone using a Wahoo Tickr with their Apple Watch?

    Posted: 08 Jan 2019 04:57 AM PST

I ordered the Tickr x because I'm interested in the running analytics it provides. Curious if anyone here uses either Tickr model and what your experience has been like with it paired to your Apple Watch.

Traditional watch faces for the series 1 Apple Watch?

    Posted: 08 Jan 2019 03:40 AM PST

    Hi all,

I'm new to IOS and Apple watch, I just switched over from Android - Thank God! Being a fan of smartwatches I decided to purchase an Apple Watch. I purchased the series 1, yes I know it's old now, but it's all that I could afford!

I'm looking for a classic watch face, with the numbers going around the screen rather than around a circle.

Is this possible or do I need to upgrade?

    Many Thanks!
