    In AirPlay 2: dragging the master volume slider adjusts all the volumes proportionally, but you can snap all devices to the same volume with a long-press.

    Slow Snapchat conversations on iPhone (6) ?

    So I've been having so much lag in my snapchat conversations lately, and it's been increasing everyday.

    Basically, when i type anything it just takes over a second to appear and send to the other person, and saving the message hangs taking about 1 to 2 seconds, with no animation, it chops like an insane lag.

    This used to fix itself overtime by cleaning the conversations cache sometimes which would respeed up but it doesn't anymore (it also drains my battery as a result of this)

    Has anyone experienced this on iOS and is there any solution to this? Thanks!

    PS: this only happens with people i talk to everyday, so this is why it's a big problem for me, because that doesn't happen with people i rarely talk to, so it doesn't lag the overall app experience.

    Yesterday I tried to download LINE(a social media app that I got so I could talk to a long distance friend in Japan) and it wouldn't download. I reset all settings on my phone to fix the issue as it only applied to that one app. Now I can't download or update any app whatsoever . Despite logging out of iCloud , turning my phone off and on and signing out of iTunes nothing installs. I use my Face ID to authorise the download , the wheel spins for about 20 seconds(sometimes less) and then the "Get" icon appears. Same with updating apps(tried Reddit , Sky Sports and WWE) . At a complete loss here as to what to do as I need to download this app to avoid losing contact with my friend and the phone will become useless over time if I cannot install or even update anything.

    For reference I'm using an iPhone X that I've had since July of this year and I'm on the latest update .

    So I had been very hesitant about updating my phone still being on iOS 11.3 but I said what the heck and I scheduled the over night update. Well I wake up to find my phone just stuck on the Apple logo. I thought it might just be me but then a day later my cousins girlfriends phone did the same thing while updating it over night. Is this a wide spread problem or are we just both very unlucky?

    So I just downloaded iOS 12 on my MacBook Pro and the top brightness level seems to be way darker than usual

    I have no idea why. I can't even access brightness or night mode by sliding up anymore and when I slide brightness to the max in settings, it's really obvious that's it's not as bright as it was before updating iOS to 12. Anyone have any similar experiences?

    Regular OS frustrations.

    The new OS is much less usable. I keep running into basic issues with it. Trying to save pdf to books i cannot figure out anymore. When i mis-spell something in a comment thread i press down on wrong word and the word selections pop on above it and then disappear, and i cannot use it, unless i hold down bring up the big menu and press replace. The keyboarrd got rid of the arrow keys on the side of the horizontal one, and with how frequently i would edit text with my big hands , it made it easier. It still seems likenit needs improvements, like the bottome menu wifi abd bluetooth buttoms should be a long press to take you to their preference. Any help appreciated.

    What are some "airpod specific" or audio apps that people are using?

    Ever since getting the Airpods almost 2 years ago now, I've been doubling down on audio consumption - Mainly podcasts but also things like audiobooks, Blinkist, and even Medium's audio. Anyone else changing the way they interact with their phones and using more audio apps? If so, what audio or voice apps are you guys using?

    Home screen frozen, can’t interact with any of the app icons, nor swipe to next page of apps. I can only swipe down for notification centre. IOS 12.1, iPhone 7+

    I had do not disturb mode switched on for the night...when it switched off the notification centre remained with this greyish colour..i updated to the latest iOS 12.1.1 public beta 3 but it still prevails ��

    I am going to admit I am completely new to iOS, but I just recently purchases an iphone 8 and running into an odd issue. It seems that I keep running into connectivity issues with iOS 12.1 on wifi at home (5ghz ac2600).

    Safari seems to periodically lose connectivity to google search and ad related sites from Safari. I have not experienced issues with any other site (other then those making calls to google ads). There is interestingly two fixes disconnect/reconnect wifi OR clear site data also seems to help. I'm not experiencing this issue with any other device in the house including my wife's iphone 7 on 12.0. Additionally I downloaded a ping app and ran a constant ping to google.com and never experienced any packet loss which suggests its either a name resolution issue or a safari specific issue. Since it's google I figured if there was a bug I would be seeing reports or mentions of an issue, but haven't found anything. I don't believe this to be a wifi connectivity issue.. During these issues I am able to browse reddit and watch videos with no issue yet a simple google search results in a safari timeout.

    I’m on a 6s+ which is still running quite well, and I still even get reasonably good battery life out of it, however I’d like to have an app that has the battery graphing features iOS 12 offers.

    Does anyone know of an app, preferably free, that will graph battery charge over time so that I can see what causes the battery to discharge the most, especially when I'm not using it?

    iOS 12 seems to have exactly this feature built in, but my 6s+ has been left out in the cold and seems to be at end of life as far as updates go, even though the phone is showing no signs of slowing down and it would seem to me that it has the processing power to handle iOS12. Of course, I'm not an Apple engineer, so what I think isn't worth anything.

    Any recommendations you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Hide Alerts in Group Message Not Working

    I have the XR and the latest OS, and when I turn hide alerts on in a group message I have, I'm still getting vibrations and notifications for every message sent in that group. Is there some way to stop this? This isn't working as intended and it's driving me nuts at night

    I am looking if there is a way to delete automatically all the messages placed in the Spam folder of the iOS Mail App ? (I use several different mail boxes)

    I don't think it is possible with the new Shortcut App... Ideally, it would be great to keep the history/log of the deleted messages for example in a Note « date / time / mail address / subject ».
