    I have no idea how to open it. I copy pasted it into safari and it said it can't open local files. How the heck do you open a file using a copy pasted link.

    iPhone 6S crashed, booted up with the activation screen, and now refuses to activate.

    I've tried activating through cellular, wifi (tells me my password is incorrect), and iTunes (can't connect to phone because "the value is missing") with nothing to show for it. The phone has definitely been slowing down lately, but now I can't even see the time on it. Does anyone know how to possibly fix this? Or am I just going to have to buy another phone?

    Iphone 6 will not let me recover my Apple ID

    I have an iPhone 6 set up on an old apple id I had. I have lost the password to that email address. I am trying to log out of the Apple ID on my phone so that I can set up a new one with a current email address. This is an issue because I have forgot my Apple ID password. Is there anyway to correct this, or is there a tech support line I could call? Thanks.

    High pitched beeping?

    I was watching a YouTube video I've seen many times before, and noticed a really strange high pitched beeping playing in the video. This beeping was NOT in the video before, but when I replayed it, the same beeps were there beeping the same way they did the first time. I then paused the video, and the beeping was replaced by a high pitched screech that kept going until I unplugged the headphones. I plugged them in, rewatched the video, and the beeping and screech were gone. Wtf? Do I have a virus or something?

    Phantom button pressing. iPhone 7

    So im having a strange issue with my iPhone. I'm getting "ghost" button pressing, but only at my gym and outside my work. Everywhere else it's fine. Happens in wifi and LT. I have sprint. It appears to happen in 3s...as in Siri will be pressed three times by itself stopping whatever music or podcast is playin. Or my podcast will start running at 2x speed by itself. YouTube vids changing on its own..etc. any idea what this is?

    iPhone 8 issues - calls/messages as well as random sounds on silent

    Hi

    I'm having some issues with my new iPhone 8 and I'm hoping somebody can help, it's worth noting that I restored the phone from a backup from a previous iPhone 8 I had.

    • Some calls and messages aren't being received. Most specifically, when my girlfriend calls it doesn't connect and just beeps, and any texts from her just don't arrive but show as ok on her side. However I received texts from other people, but some texts to verify some apps did not arrive either. It seems to be hit and miss.

    • My iPhone occasionally makes the beginning of the standard iPhone call sound when on silent for about a second randomly and stops. I check and there is not notification when this happens and it has happened 3 times in the last day, a little annoying in work as you can imagine.

    I'd very much appreciate any help.

    I just got a message that my iPhone hasn't been backed up in 105 weeks, but I don't know how to.

    The rest of the message says, "Backups happen when this iPhone is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi."

    I assume by "plugged in" it means to electric power. It's been sitting on my desk plenty of times in that condition, as well as being locked (I further assume "locked" means when it goes back to needing a password to operate). And as far as I know it's connected to WiFi because the desktop computers in the house are connected to WiFi. Do I have to do something else to get it to "back up?"

    This iPhone is a 6S hand-me-down from my partner.

    iPhone 7 rear camera stopped working

    So when I open the camera app or any other app that uses the camera I just get a blank screen. It also won't take any pictures, if I press the button nothing happens. If I switch to the front camera it works just fine. I've tried all the basic stuff, close the app by double tapping, reset the phone a few times, updated the software, and still no luck fixing. The phone is just over a year old so I don't think my warranty is still active...figures. Any ideas what I should do? Should I go to the apple store or my service provider?
