The HBO Now and Prime Video apps on my apple tv have extremely low sound, and I need to turn the TV up from the usual 10 up to 20. However, everything else plays at normal volume (and would be deafening on volume 20). I haven't been able to figure out a solution and I was hoping to get some help here.

I'm not sure if this is an app thing or an audio setup thing; audio standards/setups often confuse me with all the interacting parts. Here is my setup:

Vizio e-series tv (circa 2014)
Vizio 5.1 soundbar w/ satellite speakers and subwoofer (sb4051-c0) - hooked up to TV via HDMI
Apple TV 4 - hooked up to TV via HDMI - audio setting is "best quality"

Any ideas?

Question regarding multiple accounts

I have an Apple TV at home which I love, however in a few weeks I'm moving into a 2 bedroom student flat with a friend. I know that you can have multiple 'accounts' on an Amazon Fire TV, which is really helpful when you have different subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon etc.

I was wondering if it was possible to have multiple accounts on an Apple TV, so that we wouldn't have to, for example, sign out of Netflix and sign in again every time we wanted to use it after the other.

My Apple TV 4K is giving this annoying error every time I try to stream something. I've tired multiple cables, nothing works. Anyone knows what's up?

I will be using my Apple TV at my apartment and am solely using that as my TV. My parents have a Verizon Fios account and I can use that login account on numerous apps to watch live TV. I am wondering if there is a way to view all these options on one screen, rather than going through each individual app to see what is on.

I know currently Verizon is not supported for single sign in. So I am not sure there is an actual way to do this. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

New Apple TV user here (picked up a 4k version last night). I was going to pre-order the new Avengers move in 4k....when I look in the store I only see 1080p? How do I get it in 4k?

I'm looking at offloading my Plex Server onto something more lightweight, but I need to make sure I won't have to transcode all the damn time. I've got a lot of mkv's and uncompressed stuff.

When I airplay content from my Mac to my Apple TV, it is it still possible to switch between and back and forth with other apps and the air played content ? I don't seem how to do that

Unable to use iTunes card with AppleTV without owning another Apple product?!?

I have an AppleTV 3 and I've decided to try to rent a movie. I bought a $15 iTunes card and it seems I need iTunes on a Mac or iPhone to activate my AppleID "For the first time".

iTunes on Windows 7 will not let me sign in completely without "Reviewing" my account. When I click on [Review], the Review prompt disappears and I need to sign in all over again. No error messages. Redeem does nothing too. Brand iTunes install on Windows 7 VM.

Any help is appreciated.
