    I noticed that when you put your MAC into sleep, there is no longer a fading animation before screen goes completely black. It is just a abrupt sudden fade to black screen in both macOS Mojave and macOS high Sierra. Any of you guys noticed this?

    Is Back to my Mac gone on Mojave?

    Just updated my iMac to Mojave Developer Preview and observed that Back to my Mac is not working. Checking iCloud on System Preferences revealed that BTTM is no more between the options: https://i.imgur.com/TJyZ4f7.png

    Was there any kind of announcement regarding this? Some bottom line at some obscure preview page on Apple website?

    No dynamic wallpaper while dark mode activated ?

    Don't know if it's a bug, but when turn on the Night Mode, the dynamic wallpaper turns in night, even if it's 10am here. No problem for light mode

    Problem watching videos on YouTube using Safari

    Hello, I was hoping someone could help me with my problem.

    For some reason, every once in a while, videos start flickering at different brightness and colours when I am watching videos on YouTube with High Sierra. I have tried updating to Mojave and the problem still persists.

    Just got a Macbook Pro! But 10.13.5 is not appearing in the App store

    I would like to update to 10.13.5 to use messages in icloud but it's not popping up in the mac app store. I was primarily a windows user so owning my first ever mac is exciting but a bit confusing. My macbook is on 10.13.3.

    What should i do for the update to kick in? Thanks

    PSA: When trying to find an item in finder, you can start typing in the whole name of the item, not just the first letter.

    I've been using Macs for years and just found this out by accident. If I'm in my Movies folder, usually I'll type 's', it will take me directly to results starting with 's' and then I'll look for "Star Trek". You can actually just type "star trek" and it'll take you directly to the folder. You just need to type quickly or it will reset and each key press will be a new letter search.

    I'm not referring to the search bar. Just typing file or folder names while a folder is the active window.

    Are you able to just use dark dock and taskbar? Or do you have to go full dark mode?

    I like the current implementation, I don't want to have to pick one or the other; I would like to continue using dark dock and task bar but keep windows light. Is this possible in mojave?

    Logitech Mice -> scroll wheel not working?

    I've tried both an MX Ergo and MX Master 2S mouse, the scroll wheel doesn't work for any of them. I had to switch to an old Magic Trackpad I had.

    Is it working for anyone?

    Got to say I'm impressed with macOS Mojave for a first developer beta!

    I'm using it on a relatively older machine a late 2013 Macbook Pro 13 inch and it seems solid. Love the dark mode. The only annoying issue I've noticed is I use a Logitech MX Master mouse and the scroll wheel doesn't seem to work to go up and down web pages. Very minor annoyance but hey it's dev beta 1. Nice job Apple!

    I see that there are several different timed wallpapers of the Mojave desert wallpaper. Does this mean dynamic only works for that specific set of wallpapers and only changes the system ui elements when it's other custom wallpapers?

    Notifications and notifications center dark mode

    Can someone tell me if notifications or notification center are dark too? I really liked looks of it in OS X Yosemite and prefer it that way. And notifications should be dark too finally. Eye strain of light popups on dark wallpaper is huge.

    I would be grateful for screenshots if something is changed

    Any way to allow "unsafe extensions" in safari 12?

    I just upgraded to Mojave and I love it, the only problem is that safari no longer supports extensions from sorces other than the App Store. How can I change this?

    Any help? Prohibit symbol during install

    Hey everyone!

    So I'm attempting to install Mojave on an external drive, and at the last minute, hit just pops up with a prohibit sign (like a do not enter symbol) and won't completely boot/finish installing.

    I tried reformatting the external drive several times to no avail, using both APFS and Mac OS Extended (Journaled).

    I also made sure to right click the external drive, get info, and uncheck the box that says "Ignore ownership of this volume" as some had suggested.

    As a last ditch effort, I just installed High Sierra on this external drive, thinking I could then just upgrade through the MAS. High Sierra installed just fine, but Mojave once again failed and gave me the prohibit sign.

    Anyone have any thoughts that may help? Thanks in advance!
