I can't even shut the phone down since the screen doesn't receive my touch and even if it was, the notification already blocks it. Charging doesn't work or at least I can't tell. I tried hard resetting it and firmly pressing under the camera and flash light. Took the screen off and put it back on. Any help? [link] [comments]  |

It is only on the back camera, not the front-facing and it doesn't show up on screenshots. I've tried cleaning the lens, but it hasn't done anything. I have never dropped the phone, it's never gotten wet, and I handle it with extreme care. I have tried a network reset, hard reset, toggling airplane mode, etc... everything beyond a factory reset. What are my options if a factory reset doesn't work? I have a hard time thinking it's the motherboard if nothing has been rattled or altered. any help? [link] [comments]  |

Posted: 22 Jun 2018 01:28 PM PDT I don't mind resetting it, i have a couple of pictures i would like to recover but no big deal. Thing is...my home button hasn't been working for ages. I have been using my phone just fine. Yesterday I plugged it in to charge it and now its stuck. Can't enter DFU mode. Is there hope?
