Can we just compile a big list of offline games? Posted: 03 Jun 2018 09:36 AM PDT There's a lot of posts daily that are just mostly "i'm going on a trip. suggest games." [link] [comments]
Posted: 03 Jun 2018 06:08 AM PDT So I've recently got into arena of valor and was wondering before I get to invested in it. Which one is better AoV or Vainglory? [link] [comments]
I’d like to talk for a moment about character shards. Posted: 03 Jun 2018 05:26 AM PDT I'm talking about gacha games like Galaxy of Heroes or Injustice 2. Games where you can't just "obtain characters". Nope, doesn't work that way. What you can do, however, is unlock "character shards". You see, Luke Skywalker is actually made up of about 100 shards, so if you pull, you're never going to pull a Luke Skywalker. Instead, you're going to pull maybe 5 shards of a random character. I hate games that have a shard system so much. It's so much worse than gacha games having an energy system. At least with an energy system, all it means is that you have to take a break every so often. With a shard system, it means you can pull 20 freaking times and if you're really lucky, you might end up pulling enough shards to unlock one character. Probably won't though. It's more likely that after those 20 pulls, you'll just have 2 shards each for 20 different characters. Anyway, just wanted to get that off my chest. Shard systems suck. They're the worst feature to ever be used in a gacha game. [link] [comments]

Let's make a list with small sized (max 20mb) games Posted: 03 Jun 2018 01:45 AM PDT The smaller the better! You can also post honorable mentions that are slightly over 20mb Let's begin! Post as many as you can (preferably with size and a small description) so we can collect a small list

Can you close / disable ads that force you to play the game? Posted: 03 Jun 2018 03:16 AM PDT My kid loves plants vs zombies, but lately they keep forcing these full screen ads where there was a timer at the bottom and after it expired it takes you to a page where it just shows you the logo for the game with an install button and as far as I can tell there is no way to close the ad. The button on the bottom left of that restarts the timer while they wait for you to solve the puzzle. We both tried making the guy move and play the stupid game just to see if that'd make it go away, but neither of us could make it move. I force closed the game just to start it over, but he says that makes him lose some of his progress he was making every time I do that. This is not the first time it's happened. Last time it was a jewel puzzle game that wouldn't go away. I got PvZ for him a while ago and I'm pretty sure I paid money for that. I don't know why he's getting these uncloseable ads now. Can we disable/block them? Is there some magic way to close them? Thanks. [link] [comments]
The Witness unable to save message Posted: 03 Jun 2018 01:27 AM PDT Bought the game a while ago and I finally have tome to play it. Controls are iffy but it's really beautiful. I'm having a really annoying issue though. On my iPad, it's constantly giving me a message: "Warning: Unable to save your progress!". Can't figure out how to make it stop showing every few seconds. Yes iCloud is enabled. I tried reinstalling but no luck. [link] [comments]
Best games that look awesome on iPhone X? Posted: 02 Jun 2018 04:45 PM PDT Preferably something that isn't a racing game/puzzle. Maybe rpg game? [link] [comments]

Does iNDS support MFI controllers? Interested in the 8bitdo controllers... Posted: 03 Jun 2018 02:49 AM PDT Does iNDS support MFI controllers? I want to play games using a controller. Also 8bitdo doesn't seem to support IOS, is there a workaround this issue? [link] [comments]
Fun RPG without in-app purchases? Posted: 02 Jun 2018 12:13 PM PDT A few years ago I remember I had lots of fun playing Angry Birds Epic. But when I tries it today I got pretty annoyed by all the in-app stuff (I think they weren't there 3 years ago?) Does anyone know a good RPG-maker like game, preferably a paid app with out in-app products? [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Jun 2018 02:23 PM PDT Any strategy game is fine but please don't suggest Clash of clans/ Game of War reskins [link] [comments]
What's your favorite endless runner? Posted: 02 Jun 2018 11:13 AM PDT I've been playing Subway Surfers for three years now almost daily and still love it. e: thanks everyone for the recommendations! Going to download ALL the games (including Death Road to Canada -- $12.99!) because hey, what're Saturdays for. [link] [comments]
Should I pick up The Enchanted Cave 2? Posted: 02 Jun 2018 10:18 AM PDT I literally just finished up playing the first Enchanted Cave game and was keen to check out its sequel. However, it's 6 times the price of the first game (£5.99) which is a little pricy for any game on iOS. Has anyone any experience with these games? I've no problem spending that amount if it comes to it, but don't want to be disappointed. [link] [comments]
Gacha roguelikes without p2w mechanics? Posted: 02 Jun 2018 08:54 AM PDT I'm looking for games similar to Gumballs and Dungeons and Portal Quest (not Portal Knights). Both games have a set array of unique characters to unlock. Both have infinite randomly generated dungeon modes in which to use your characters. I also like that acquiring characters isn't random in these games and that characters don't have a rarity level. I love G&D but I've played it for going on two years, unlocked nearly every gumball and have only started to lose steam in playing it. I've been playing Portal Quest for a couple of months. I like that it has the dungeon mode, which is like a very simplistic Darkest Dungeon knock-off, but otherwise the game is a bit shallow. It has some strategy and occasional you can use some skill to beat hard levels, but otherwise it plays itself. Anyone know of other games I could look at? [link] [comments] |
