Posted: 03 Jun 2018 09:09 PM PDT Please use this thread to discuss whatever iOS games you've been playing lately. They don't have to be new games, they can be old games and they do not have to be iOS original titles! As long as it's an iOS game it belongs in here. Make sure to put the name(s) of the game(s) in bold to make it easier for people skimming the thread to see what you're talking about, and if you'd like to make it really convenient turn the game name into a hyperlink that sends people directly to the App Store! Since this thread is likely to fill up quickly, consider sorting the comments by "new" to see the newest posts. [link] [comments]
[HELP] me find an old iOS game Posted: 04 Jun 2018 10:55 AM PDT I believe it was some sort of an idle/incremental game where you were an evil cat that ate mice. The artwork was very cartoonish and it was all in black and white. [link] [comments]

Looking for a new shooter game with mFi controller support Posted: 04 Jun 2018 07:46 AM PDT Title says all. What are some excellent shooter games you guys have experience with that has full mFi support? Battery/cost/etc. are not issues, just whatever you have enjoyed. [link] [comments]
[DEV] Color Game: an app where you can create and solve communication puzzles. Posted: 04 Jun 2018 07:46 AM PDT Link to App Store download: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/color-game-mpi/id1372106807?l=fr&ls=1&mt=8 This app was conceived by researchers (at the Max Planck for the Science of Human of History) to study the emergence and evolution of communication. There are two ways to play the game. The first is to create puzzles that others can solve: you do this by associating symbols with a color. The second is to solve puzzles created by other players: you do this by using a sequence of symbols to try and select the correct color. Being a proficient and frequent player earns you more points, which allows you to unlock new symbols and new gameplay features. The Color Game has no ads and is free to download. Feel free to ask questions below about the scientific and/or gameplay aspects of the Color Game. [link] [comments]
Is there perceptible lag when you use a Lightning->HDMI or VGA dongle with an iPhone 6S? Posted: 04 Jun 2018 01:19 AM PDT The other day, I discovered that you can use QuickTime Player on OS X to get a big-screen version of whatever you see on an iOS device. However, maybe it's because I have a 12" MacBook with an m5 processor, but I noticed some lag when playing Final Fantasy 9 on my iPhone with a Bluetooth MFi controller. The lag was bearable since FF9 isn't particularly time-sensitive, but I realized more fast-paced games may not be viable this way. What about using the Lightning dongle? I have a 720p TV and a Lightning->VGA dongle. Obviously there would be no sound on the TV, but setting sound aside, would I still notice lag? I figure I'd ask before I went out and picked up a VGA cable...or maybe go one step further and just get the HDMI dongle. [link] [comments]
Is there a phone game like learn to fly? Posted: 03 Jun 2018 09:57 PM PDT I really liked this style of game where you would get money and upgrade and then try to go farther and farther. I didn't know if there was a phone equivalent [link] [comments]
