Did the new update changed the number of app in the launchpad ? Posted: 03 Jun 2018 10:43 PM PDT Hello world, this night, my MacBook Pro 13" was updated after weeks of "Remind me tomorrow", and since I booted it up, it seems to me that the launcher's icons are bigger and thus the launchpad shows way less app's icons per page that it used to. Is this real or is it just in my mind ? :( [link] [comments] | ||

For College: iPad Pro 12.9 and MacBook Air or MacBook Pro 15 inch Posted: 03 Jun 2018 07:50 PM PDT Basically, I am wondering whether to get the iPad Pro 12.9 and a MacBook Air or just get a MacBook Pro 15 inch. I am a science major, so I will be going through lots of labs and scientific information. If I do get a MacBook Pro 15 inch, is the 2015 or 2017 version a better one to get? Thank you in advance! Macbook Air formatted and now OS won't install. Help please. Posted: 03 Jun 2018 02:09 AM PDT In my previous post, my sister's Macbook Air had a partitioned drive which I couldn't access. A user suggested me to delete this drive using disk utility which I did. After doing it, it seems the Macbook lost its OS and wouldn't start. When I booted back to recovery, I couldn't install OS X El Capitan won't install saying This item is temporarily unavailable I also tried fixing it from an answer suggested in iFixit forum and it complicated things further. Can anyone please help me? Edit: Here is message I currently get - https://imgur.com/gallery/4zYRXA0 iFixIt forum suggestion: https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/361636/When+I+try+to+reinstall+el+capitan+it+says+item+unavailable Previous Post: https://www.reddit.com/r/macbook/comments/8g7wnu/macbook_air_2013_storage_issue_that_nobody_is/ [link] [comments] |
