iOS Beta [Bug] Storage mismatch/inaccuracy

I tried downloading Fortnite on my 6s 64GB (I'm on 11.4 but I believe this issue has been around since the betas of 11.3) and I can't download the additional files because it says I only have 2.9GB left. But when I go to the About iPhone page it says that my available storage is 13.33GB. And when I tried to verify on iTunes, it gives me a whole new value saying I have 10.24GB free. How can I fix this? Is anyone else having this problem?
