| Dots all over Apple TV 4K menu Posted: 08 Apr 2018 01:18 PM PDT My 4K went into recovery mode, and after I oower-cycled it, I now have dots all over the menu background. This occurs for both light and dark mode. Another power cycle didn't fix it. The weird thing is that video content is fine. Posted: 08 Apr 2018 09:11 AM PDT For those that aren't aware the "Picked For You" is a video playlist that updates periodically; it's on the ESPN apps home page right under "now Playing". It pulls the teams you've picked for the "your favorite teams" in the Sports section of the TV app. The "Picked For You" then aggregates all of the video clips that are relevant to those teams and presents them in a playlist. | Posted: 08 Apr 2018 10:54 AM PDT The native music app on ATV4 will timeout (stop playing music) once screen saver starts. Is there an option to change this? If so, where? I could t find it. I have a LG 55" B6V (OLED) TV and i cant for the life of me get 4k (let alone HDR) to work with my apple TV. I dont get any image when i try to do one of the following
Ive tried to turn on HDMI Ultra HD deep colour on the TV and then start the "cycle resolutions" with "menu" and "vol down". But no luck with that as well. HDMI cable specs: both TV and ATV is fully updated [link] [comments]  |
