    I'm an engineering student so I use GoodNotes 4 everyday. What apps do you use everyday that make using an iPad just that much easier?

    iPad Pro limitation or Apple?

    I use the first gen iPad Pro 12.9, and I noticed that when I have two apps open side by side in split view, and then bring over a third in Slide Over, the apps in split view "grey out" and fall to the background, leaving the Slide Over app the only "active" app. Why is this the case when the device has 4 gb of RAM? The A9X processor can definitely handle the three open apps, since I can do it in other ways - for example I can have two apps open in Split View and have the TED app playing a video in PiP; all active and everything working perfectly fine.

    Did Apple place this limitation on the first gen 12.9 so the new generation would look more powerful?

    Edit: to add on to this; if that's the case, it kinda sucks Apple did that, because the 4 gb of RAM is actually one of the reasons that compelled me to go for the bigger one to begin with. But if Apple is just going to limit it with the software, what's the point of even putting the 4 gb of RAM in there?

    iPad pro vs iPad mini speakers

    do any of the smaller ipads have same stereo speakers as ipad pro? the sound is so good on it, i think it's its best feature. hope they make smaller one like it with true tone

    Just bought a used iPad Mini 4

    Off eBay for $250 for the 64 gig version. Few scratches on top but I buy covers with hand straps. Seller is reputable. Been on eBay since 99 and have had nothing but good luck since. You guys think this is a decent deal?

    Hello, I am an EE student and I want to start using a tablet in order to take my notes. I already have a laptop. I hate carrying around notebooks and I am not really organized but I dont like taking notes on my laptop. I'm planning on buying an iPad Pro. I want to use it mainly for notes and for some fun as well. I'm wondering which size should I get, the 10.9 or the 12.9 inch version. I want the best option to take notes, even if portability is affected.

    Am I the only person that like the iPad with the bezels it has now?

    I have been hearing rumors about the upcoming iPad Pro and seen YouTube videos of an iPad without bezels. I like how the iPad Pro looks now and I think that if the bezels were absolutely gone, then it would be very hard to hold the iPad. On a phone, a bezel less design is nice because you can completely hold it in your hand where as a 10.5/12.9 tablet just seems like a bad choice. I know about palm rejection, but I still think there is nothing like a good bezel on a tablet over 7 inches. Now a Mini with a bezel less design sounds nice...

    iPad 4 iMessage/Facetime Activation Issue

    So ive had an iPad 4 I aquired for 6 months and havent been able to log in to iMessage or Facetime. I know youre about to give me a whole list to run down and do. Or tell me to do a search for the fix but ive done it all. Ive been fixing/repairing iDevices for 8 years now and have seen this issue before but a few resets or turn on turn off, sign ins and its fixed. This isnt the case..

    This is my last resort to figure it out posting here. Ive tried multiple Restores, Updates, Different iCloud accounts including brand new ones created on the iPad and still the same issue..

    "iMessage Activation An error occured during activation. Try again"

    So if anyone has any other fixes that arent mentioned 1000x's on all the sites please help. I appreciate it. Thank you..

    Plastic window on iPad mini 4 not flush

    The back of the iPad mini 4 where the radios are contained (back top) isn't flush in one side with the aluminum back. Anyone run into this problem. It has a noticeable edge when I rub my finger on it. Compared to iPad mini cellular which is completely flush.

    The Apple Pencil and multitask gestures

    I have been seriously considering buying an Apple Pencil to go with my iPad Pro recently but I have a basic question that I haven't been able to find the answer to.

    With the pencil, are you able to do gestures such as going up from the bottom of the screen to have the dock pop up and/or view the app switcher?

    If I use a Lightning-to-USBC cable with my iPad 5, what speed will it charge at?

    My understanding is that the iPad 5 does not support USB PD rapid charging. If I use a Lightning to USB-C cable, what speed will I be charging at, 5V 2.4a or 5V 3a?
