    Hello! Welcome to this weeks Weekly Support Thread

    This thread is to help answer all of your simple questions, and keep /r/AppleWatch's front page clean! Got a simple question? Get a simple answer. It's as simple as that. The thread's been set to sort posts randomly to push all sorts of questions to the top.

    Before you ask, please make sure you've checked out our wiki's troubleshooting guide, searched it on Google, or used our subreddit search feature (wow, who knew that was a thing)! If you can't find an answer, you want some further insight, or you're just lazy, feel free to post your question here.

    If you've been asked to post your question here, then go ahead! Otherwise, if your question is one or two sentences long, and is pretty simple (such as asking for recommendations, apps, troubleshooting, app issues, etc), go ahead. If you need a lot more investigation, or you're asking for many opinions, go ahead and post it elsewhere (it may be removed if it's too simple, or it's deemed to be more suitable for here).

    Nike rum club yearly stays

    Is there a way to view how much I've run in a year with Nike run club? I only see a monthly option in the app. I just got my watch, and think I like the Nike app layout the best but want to make sure I will be able to review my stats long term. Maybe the option just doesn't show up yet since I've only used it for this month. Can anyone who uses the app let me know?

    Best place to sell Series 0 Apple Watch ?

    Hey guys,

    I know there's the subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/AppleBandMarket/

    but that seems more like a spot to sell bands and I'm trying to unload two Apple Watches I own:

    • 38mm Stainless Steel Case Black Classic Buckle (First Generation)

    • 38mm Stainless Steel Case Space Black Link Bracelet (First Generation)

    Trying to fund a Series 3 purchase, and I figure it's better if I sell both before I start collecting a bunch Apple Watches that will just sit in my dresser.

    They're both actually in great battery shape (had the non-space black ones battery replaced 6 months ago), and the space black has virtually no scratches on it.

    Would eBay be my best route?

    My Band Recommendations from a bunch of amazon purchases

    Hopefully this is useful ... no band pics, but some recommendations ... Since getting my AW3 I've bought a bunch of bands from Amazon … here's the good ones and 2 that were pretty crappy. Interesting that some of the less expensive ones have been the best. All of them were less than $20.

    Is there any way to receive notifications from Google Maps on Apple Watch?

    I prefer the Google Maps app for navigation, but I use Apple Maps because I really like getting notifications for upcoming turns on the Apple Watch.

    Is there any way to get notifications for upcoming turns from Google Maps on the Apple Watch?

    EDITED: Any way to get haptic alerts? I can get visual alerts but they're useless without the haptic feedback.

    Am I having issues with Siri or?

    Hey everyone, I finally got an Apple Watch today after years of wanting one. Now one issue I'm running into is when using "hey Siri" to write and send texts. It's perfect at writing up the text and then Siri asks if she should send it and for some reason she doesn't understand "yes" and there's no where to touch to say yes? I've also run into the same thing with setting a reminder. The Siri screen doesn't go away. I've read that lowering your wrist sends it but that didn't happen.

    Workout VS regular calorie-burn count?

    I've realized my watch says I've lost more calories when I have a workout turned on, rather than when I'm just completing the same activity without a workout running.

    I'm assuming my calorie burn is more accurate with the workout running, correct? Even if I'm not technically "working out"?

    I have a very physical job which requires moving around a lot. I turn on the "other" workout, and I find my watch says I burnt way more calories than other days when I just wear the watch with no workout on.

    So I was just wondering, am I getting a more accurate reading by turning on a workout? Should I just turn on an "other" workout when my shift begins? Or is that cheating?

    What are your favorite 5 Apple Watch apps overall and top 5 games?

    Getting my first Apple Watch on Saturday... decided on the Nike 3 42mm with LTE. I debated between the 38 and 42 as my wrist isn't big but after trying both I think the 42 isn't that big and likely good for the long haul!

    How can I get the Nike app to match my watch?

    I tried a search but couldn't find anything definitive since recent updates.

    When using the Nike run club app how can I use the watch to track my heart rate, and my phone for the guided runs from the coach?

    Whenever I've tried I can only do one or the other, and it's frustrating to get home to see either GPS data or heart rate data but not both...

    AW calibration?

    Wife and I both have series3 watches and have been noticing some significant differences in the reported calories and distances traveled reported (up to a 50% difference after a full day spent entirely walking together).

    We have tried resetting the fitness calibration data as well as hard resetting but are still seeing inconsistent results.

    Any suggestions?
