    Brand new fully updated ipad pro 12.9 apple apps wont start

    Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Videos won't even start, they are just white, cant get into any of them. Ipad pro 12.9 2017 ios 11.2 . Anyone having the same issue?

    Writers and Authors: what are some of your most used apps?

    And what is your workflow like on iPad?

    I keep flitting between Scrivener and Ulysses for my main writing app. I have GoodNotes and Notability for handwritten notes/research etc, and am experimenting with the Notebook app from Zoho for project specific quick notes on the go – keeping them separate from my general notes app. I really like the slick look and feel of this app, and how you can customise your notebooks with high quality covers.

    Are there any gems out there that you use a lot on a daily basis?

    My girlfriends is looking at getting the 2017 iPad which doesn't have support for the Apple Pen but she also wants to use it for drawing and things like that. How well do these third party styluses work? Are they even worth using?

    Hey all - I'm going back to school shortly to complete a Master's degree. I'll probably be lugging my 15" MBP to school for reports, presentations, etc., but I really dislike taking notes on my laptop. This time around I'm looking at an iPad Pro + Pencil for taking notes in class, and I hear there are some really good apps for doing so (Notability, GoodNotes, etc.).

    Was hoping to get some opinions as to which iPad Pro I should go after. I think 10.5" is a good size for portability, but too cramped to take advantage of split screen. OTOH the 12.9" is a bit unwieldy, but the split screen works much better on it.

    I'm currently leaning towards the 12.9", but it is more expensive, and seems a bit overkill to bring a 15" laptop and a massive iPad to school.

    Any inputs or opinions would be appreciated. Cheers.

    I'm looking for the iOS 9 stock default wallpapers in retina resolution (2048x2048) for the iPad.
    But I only can find the iPhone ones.
    Does someone know where I can find them?

    No elegant Ipad pro projection solution?

    I bought a lot of Surface Pro devices for my staff (University) and for teaching they have been fantastic. There is a dongle that plug into the HDMI slot at the front, you tap one button and you are wirelessly projecting and thus can move around the room.

    For various reasons, I'd prefer an Ipad Pro myself but looking into this, people are suggesting my own options are:

    1) Buy an apple TV???? 2) Using a lightning to HDMI but that would chain me to the front of the room?

    Is there really no better solution than this?

    Anybody else notice that the fingerprint scanner does not work when your charging the iPad with the lightning cable?

    Stop iCloud upload?

    I have an iPhone and photos from it wind up on my iPad via the iCloud. I'm happy with that because I use the iPad to edit what I need, however, I don't want photos / screenshots / backgrounds I take on my iPad to be uploaded to the iCloud and wind up on my phone! How do I stop that? I've already turned off "upload to my photo stream" but the iPad still uploads everything. Can anyone tell me how to stop it please?

    Will my iPad Pro get slower over the years?

    First time owning an iPad and its a 10.5" iPad Pro (2017). I'm really enjoying how fast it is with iOS11 and I'm worried this experience won't last well into the device's lifetime. Anyone have experience with this with older iPad models?
