    Hey Everyone - not sure if anyone else has a similar experience, but I have an iPhone 11 Pro on Verizon. I get lots of spam calls (15 in last 2 days). I have used the "Silence Unknown Callers" feature, which works great. But after a few days of having it on, all calls start getting routed directly to VM (contacts, favorites, etc) - phone stops ringing for all calls. The only solution is to restart the phone, but about a day or so later it goes back to sending everything to VM. I've taken to Verizon and Apple - Apple restored the phone through a Mac (not directly on the phone) from an iCloud backup, but still no luck. I ultimately just need to turn this option off and restart to get it to stop.

    Any ideas on how to get this to work properly without sending everything to voicemail? Should I try setting the phone up as a new phone instead of restoring from a backup through the Mac?

    I'd imagine this is a software issue, not hardware related.

    CANNOT UNHIDE HOME PAGES. Please. I need help. I am not being given the option to unhide a my hidden Home Pages. If you any theories to help resolve my dilemma, I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks for your time.

    Though there haven't been an update for like two months google added a new "smart features and personalisation" option to gmail settings and its turned on by default. Its disturbing when a company adds such data sharing features and never let the users know about it in the first place.

    Hello, I'm trying to record a few phone calls to have them saved in my computer but many apps ask me to pay which I do not want to because this will be only a one time thing. Any advice will be appreciated.

    Change tab limit in Safari on iPhone?

    I have a problem with tabs on my iPhone - I just forget to delete them unlike on my Mac, and I'm wondering if there is a way to change the limit? I'm desperate for help (and by that I mean that I frequently reach the 500 limit — I know, I'm a monster). I want to lower it to something like 10. I know there is an option to have tabs automatically deleted, but that's not what I'm looking for.

    If anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it! 🙏

    Adding personal number to my work phone

    I have a work provided iPhone XS. I am and have been using Google Voice (VOIP) for years as my personal phone number. I want to use iMessage for not work stuff. My work phone is unlocked so I'm thinking of getting a small plan that I can port my Google voice number to so I can get iMessage on that number. And with that I have a few questions:

    1) Is this possible? 2) Can I get a talk and text only plan to do this? 3) Can I use my works data plan to receive iMessages on my personal number? 4) Any recommendations for plans?

    I don't want to use email for my personal iMessage btw

    Why does my iphone show up as a hotspot under wifi when i never turned it on?

    After an ios update my phone is showing up as a hotspot under wifi despite never once asking to use my phone as a hotspot and not allowing others to join it. Is there some way to stop my phone from being visible to other devices? can't seem to find an answer to this.

    Or is it that its only visible to devices with the same icloud account? Hard to tell since i dont have any devices at home that arent logged into the same icloud account.

    Personal Hotspot Greyed On iPad

    Hello! I have a iPad from school and I used to connect its Data to my PC, so I can do all my work (My Wi-Fi is terrible). But, yesterday, I did the IOS 14.4 update and I can't even activate allow other to join in my personal hotspot (Its greyed). Help guysss

    Face ID with mask

    Is anyone else having difficulty setting up Face ID with a mask on since the 14.4 update? Before the update I was able to set it up using the half mask on face method easily with much success. Now it rarely works if at all.

    Followed this tutorial meant for A12, but unfortunately I'm not very familiar with all the apps since I'm not trying to jailbreak but just downgrade. If anyone is willing to help walk me through it or even do more I can provide the ECID.

    ios screen recording doesn't capture sound if the source was changed to speaker, any fixes?

    Hey y'all, I was in a microsoft teams meeting earlier and set the output device to speaker instead of iphone - which everyone probably does at home. However, I had to record it as I needed to listen back to it, but to my surprise, it seems that it didn't capture the sound. Is there any fix to this?

    iMovie turned 3 clips (5GB) into a 10GB output - is there a way to return to 5GB?

    New MAC user and I'm merging some of my video clips. However, I was surprised to discover that the combined file doubled in size. I'm open to alternatives or other programs that can return it to its original size.

    Does iOS display the “This password appeared in a data leak” warning for a brand new account if the password was coincidentally used previously by a different person’s hacked account?

    I just created a new account with a reputable online store (for shoes). I then signed into the website on my iPad and got a warning that the password has appeared in a data leak. My question is, does that mean that I happened to choose a password that someone else had once used and got leaked (I'd never used this password before)? (It is conceivable that someone else had used this password before as it was a dictionary word plus a two digit number.)

    Because I can't imagine how I could make an account which was immediately found in a data leak.

    I already changed to a different password (and did not get the warning a second time), but I just was a little worried if I should interpret the warning to mean that somehow my account was hacked as I was making it.

    How to stop iPhone from syncing old text messages?

    Hey fellow iPhone users.

    I was on the dark side for a few months...So, I have used iPhone for years, had an adventure with Android for a few months (for.. reasons...), and now I'm back on the iPhone (iPhone 11).

    I have used the sync from android function at startup, and it also synced my text messages, such as my older messages from the iCloud (from the time when I used an iPhone)

    I am using it for two weeks now, but sometimes when I open the messages, it suddenly syncs a bunch of old messages with today's date (even those get a new date, that I have synced before, when I first did it). So if I want to check a message from 2 days ago, I have to scroll through a bunch of older (more than 6 months) messages, to find the 3rd latest message I got for real.

    How can I stop syncing these messages? It's ok that these been synced, but I dont want to see them as they arrived recently.

    I hope I was clear what my problem is.. Kind of a first world problem, but annoying...

    ANIMOJI ERROR on IOS 14.4 (iPhone 12 Pro) —— I can’t use Animoji. It says ‘Tap to resume’ but it doesn’t work. When I click on the button with the 3 dots, it says ‘Face tracking failed. Tap to retry.’ Face ID works fine.

    Transfer Whatsapp from android to iOS for free?

    I just switched from android to an iPhone XR. I can't seem to find a way to migrate whatsapp data for free. I know there are plenty of paid apps but they're just too expensive, seems ridiculous (and I can't seem to find cracked version of these apps which seems a bit like a conspiracy considering how many cracked premium apps there are online). So, is there a free solution to this?

    Is there any option to change default rotation when rotation lock is on?

    When using apps like youtube and i'm going to watch a video the screen allows me to rotate (with rotation lock on) but I'd prefer it to rotate the other way. Is there any way to change it?
