Maybe a specific questin for gamers who upgraded from older ipad's desgin - big bezels on top and bottom, to the modern one - like on Pro and new Air models. If you hold your ipad in the hands, do you find the smaller bezels better in terms of gameplay like reaching the onscreen buttons and, in general, better controllability over the older design? In case you are playing with it laying down on the table, it doesn't matter I suppose. Just curios if you find the less bezels design better or it doesn't have impact on handling at all. Thanks. | I think MagSafe is going to make it possible for the next iPad/Pro to support wireless charging Posted: 02 Nov 2020 04:49 AM PST Before MagSafe, the thought of taking a 12.9" tablet and trying to line it up on a tiny pad is ridiculous, and not to mention that the charging speeds would be much lower. But now that the charger and just stick right to the back with little "fishing" for the right spot, and the faster wireless charging speeds it supports, it's a lot more possible! Now the only problem is that right now the current design with the aluminum back prevents wireless charging, so they'd most likely switch to a plastic (maybe carbon fiber?) back for the normal iPads and glass for the pros. I think an iPad Pro with the same design as the 12 Pro (maybe with aluminum sides) would look really good! [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 02 Nov 2020 05:52 AM PST Whenever I try to draw any text with the Apple Pencil on the notes app, there is a weird glitch when I lift the pencil the drawing stretches back a little. I Don't observe the same effect in notability or even scribble in that matter. It only happens on the notes app. Is there any option to disable it? [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 02 Nov 2020 01:19 PM PST Hello I've been an iPad user for a while, never bought an iPhone mostly because I could download music better on a mp4 on my android but that's besides the point. Ever since apple has introduced split screen, it messes with my safari. On my iPad Air 2 this happened where I would accidentally open a tab in split screen but when I close both, it would delete all of my tabs. I manage to fix it that one time but now with a new iPad Pro, hooked up my Apple ID. I see all of my tabs that I used on the iPad Air 2 and manage to have those tabs in the new iPad but now that glitch happened again and can't recovered my tab, I can't even see the tabs that I used in the iPad Air 2, is there something I could do to recover those tabs? I'm not sure how to go about finding PDF files. I've found a few, but them seem rather expensive at $20 for a PDF. | Does google meet support background blur on iPad Posted: 02 Nov 2020 12:32 PM PST I'm considering getting an iPad for school with a logi tech keyboard for Christmas and I was wondering if the google meet app for iPad supports background blur (an option that is available on desktop computers) I'm wondering because this feature is super useful for me since I have a lot of background distractions in my home and being able to blur the background is a lifesaver. if not then I guess I'm might look into other computer alternatives. | Posted: 02 Nov 2020 12:08 PM PST Hey everyone, Today I noticed that when I'm writing with my apple pencil or press the screen of the iPad a little bit, the display and colors distort a little bit at some part of the screen. It is somewhat similar to what I have seen related to the iPad Pro (https://www.reddit.com/r/ipad/comments/9vb7zl/ipad_pro_11_lcd_pressure_distortion_on_screen/).
