    iPad Pro (2020) Charging - 40W?

    I've just received my new iPad and after using it I decided I needed to charge it.

    I've looked online for anything that outlined the wattage the iPad would charge at and from what I could find, I saw some references to the 2018 model and how it would work with the 30 Watt charger or even the 61 Watt Charger but that it would always max out at 29W.

    I tried the charger that came with the iPad and it was at 18W as expected, but once I tried a 100w charger I had, I saw it was at around 40W.

    So, is the new iPad capable of charging faster than the previous iPad or am I reading this incorrectly?

    Help wanted. Problem uploading big files from iPad Pro

    I'm trying to upload from the new iPad Pro with everything up to date and a verified YouTube account.. I have tried uploading a file of 1 gb to wetransfer and a 4,5 gb file to YouTube several times in different browsers. It start but somewhere mid way or near the end, I get error. Since it's happenings across services I'm wondering if this is an iPad os problem?

    Dual display works, but sadly it mirrors the display and does not extend it.

    Pretty sweet.

    AssistiveTouch Changes keyboard function

    I have an iPad Pro 2018; i connected my anywhere Mx2 mouse to the iPad and turned on AssistiveTouch for shortcut buttons on my mouse which works great. However, for some reason when AssistiveTouch is on, whenever i got to type something the virtual keyboard ALWAYS puts up. On my smart keyboard the O, I button would move the cursor left and right (I goes right and O goes L) and it doesn't type out the letter. What do i do?!?! Ive been searching all over the web and cannot find an answer.

    Video conferencing in split view?

    Now in home office we all use video conferencing tools. I noticed that none of this tools (Skype, Facebook Messenger, Zoom) are able to use the camera in split view - except for Facetime. This is pretty annoying as you want to have a document or a notes app opened while you are doing a call. Is this a system restriction?

    Hi there, guys. I'm posting from an iPad Pro, and I'd like to know if there's a way to shut down all notifications for a given time. I use my iPad for everything, from working to watching movies, and I just want Twitter, Facebook and email to shut up while I'm watching a film or playing a game.

    Don't disturb mode only works if your device is not unlocked, which fucks up the movie watching.

    Pencil is connected, but it will stop responding. must forget devicein bluetooth and reconnect several times a day. Anyone have thoughts about whats causing this?

    Is it possible to connect a mic through the 3.5mm jack on my iPad Pro?

    The mic I have is wireless and has both a USB and 6.35mm receiver. It works perfectly when I connect the USB receiver to the lightning port, but if I connect the 6.35mm receiver to the 3.5mm port the mic isn't detected. Am I doing something wrong?

    I am using a Windows 10 desktop and whenever I try to use the apple pencil (gen 2) it just comes up and says this device doesn't support apple pencil. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Using the 2020 11 inch ipad pro.

    EDIT: Touch input works fine just not the pencil.

    Just bought a 2018 11" Pro, upgrading from an Air 2. I'm leaning toward either setting up as new or Automatic Setup. What's everyone think about Automatic Setup? I'm not sure what all is transferred over this way and what isn't.

    Photoshop on iOS - Good or Bad?

    I want to a graphic tablet and I was amased at what iPad can do with Procreate on it. Unfortunately, I still need tools for editing comics I draw - and Photoshop would be great for that. I know that first reviews were mostly negative, but it's been like half a year now, and I just want to ask, if anything has changed since then? What are your impressions? Does it help you a lot?

    And also - are there any alternatives for editing images? I need tools, like copy/paste elements, position, rotate - simple stuff for editing comics I'm drawing in my free time

    iPad Pro 2020 Shipping Question

    Hello there, I ordered an iPad Pro 2020 on Sunday. I'm just wondering if they're having major shipping delays due to covid 19 because the estimated time of arrival I got was April 15-17 with an estimated shipping time of shipping within 3-5 business days.

    It hasn't shipped yet and I just was wondering about it?
