But I recently switched to an iPad Pro for my photography, from using Lightroom to edit my photos to responding to emails and basic social media for my business, I'm wondering if anyone has recommendation on pre production apps too use for shoot planning. I mainly use the Notes app now but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on something that may work better for photography related things. On a side note I'd love recommendations on other photography related apps for my ipad! There is one if you open the pdf file using keynote but with the original drawing tools there is none. Is there a gesture shortcut or where I can find it ? | Smart Keyboard got wet, stopped, then was fine Posted: 27 Dec 2019 01:15 PM PST After searching high and low last night - and nearly throwing it out - my Smart Keyboard (iPad Pro 10.5") miraculously came back to life this morning. I tried everything last night - disconnecting, restarting, cleaning the pins - but it wasn't recognized at all. Nothing. Not sure if there is a moisture detection, or if the moisture temporarily damaged it - but it started working again. It even has a new (post-wet) gouge in one of the fold points (I can see the innards), but that doesn't appear to affect it... yet. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Just upgraded to the newest iPad Air, looking for a case similar to the one I had on my Mini 3 Posted: 27 Dec 2019 07:37 AM PST Hi there folks, I had a Mini 3 as my second iPad for the last few years and mostly used it for car rides so my daughter could play games or watch movies. Her mother would also use it around the house as well. For Christmas I upgraded them to the newest Air, and I was looking to put the iPad in a case similar to what I had for the Mini 3. For the Mini 3 I had the Pelican Vault. I loved the hard front cover that doubled as a stand, and overall how rugged it was. It was durable enough to survive everyday live with a toddler, and I'd like to get as close to that as I can for the Air, but Pelican doesn't seem to make it anymore, they only offer the Voyager. I was considering getting those chunky foam cases for when the kid uses it, and getting something like the STM Dux that I have for my 9.7in Pro for when the lady uses it, but I don't want the hassle of constantly swapping cases. It does not work with any of the apps nor does it interact with the iPad at all. The "nib" is tight, and I have even tried replacing it. It is brand new. I even tried restoring the iPad.
