I have had this for the past 4 years but haven't really been wanting a new phone due to no issues accept storage. Currently I am unable to update to IOS 13 because of a lack of storage, yet, I barely have anything on my phone. I like stuff on the 11 and XR, but I'm not sure if it is worth an upgrade yet. I am leaning more towards and 11 due to upgrades from the XR TL:DR Is it worth upgrading from a 6S to an 11? [link] [comments]  |

But then it decided to start over. And now my phone won't recognize me being connected to WiFi (which you need) at all. I've restarted both, I've unpaired then watch and paired it again. It has been very blurry as if it's an android camera. My iPhone 8 takes better photos. I've tried everything! Turning off HDR, night off is off, cleaning the lens etc.. seen on the Apple forums some others have experienced it too.. only else? [link] [comments]  |

| Posted: 23 Sep 2019 05:29 PM PDT I got my iPhone X on the christmas the same year it released and the whole time I had it, there are some areas I could be in and the problem is, the phone reports it has LTE service of some level of bars, but then when I try to use the internet, the LTE dissapears, so no data service but still phone service OR it will say no service at all. When it says theres no service the cellular menu in settings dissapears too! I hadnt tried anything to fix it because I figured a software update would eventually fix it, but now im on iOS 12.4 and still the same issue. What can I do to fix this annoying issue? A few months ago I used my girlfriends card on my Apple ID (we were trying to watch a movie and I didn't have a few bucks to rent it). Well since then I've been unknowingly charging her card for my Hulu, Apple Music, hbo, and random microtransactions from different games. I know What your thinking, "how could you have not known you weren't being charged for stuff." To that I say I have honestly no idea I'm a dope. My girl saw a bunch of charges and realized they were too high to be her own so she calls Apple and they get to work stopping the "thief." Well a couple days later my Apple Music account isn't working and my there was a bunch of in-game currency refunded in the games I played. I put two and two together and realized that I was that thief. I called her immediately and she told me she had already been refunded around $200. I have no idea what to do. I really don't want my girlfriend being penalized for not knowing (they did ask her who had access to her card and she forgot to mention me, mainly because I never use her card really). I'm willing to pay my due bill for Apple Music if I can get access to my songs and not have to deal with the fuss of switching to a new account with a new email. | I want the new ipad pro with pencil Posted: 23 Sep 2019 08:45 PM PDT I want it mostly for drawing and garageband. I have a macbook 2017 no touch bar and a ps4 pro. Anyone think I can get enough to buy the ipad if I sell both these products in good condition? Also, is garageband ios for ipad on the same par as on macbook? I've played with garageband on my cousins iPhone it contained way more instrument selections than on my mac. Is there any downgrades to a mobile version of garageband? Nd I've made plenty of good songs on my macbook and was wondering if I can transfer the files to an ipad. How much mac data can I transfer to an ipad? Any other comments to take into consideration on switching from mac to ipad greatly appreciated. | Trouble with having to sign into old account when switching an iphone. Posted: 23 Sep 2019 08:30 PM PDT Hi guys, I searched online and couldnt find anything to help. I have an apple id that dates back to 2004 but never use it. I've been using a new one for years Iphone 5s I've had for a while. I backed it up today with my newer apple id. I switch everything over to the iphone 6S and signed into my newer Apple ID. However when I try to download anything, I'm asked for the old one even though my new ID is the applied ID/Cloud that I have on the phone. I cant get past this and I am trying to download all the apps I need... super frustrating as I dont know what I am doing wrong. thanks for the help [link] [comments]  |

I have the smart battery case for my X right now and love having that Apple OEM feel. The silicon is super nice in the hand and I know that the leather would feel even better. I also had the Otterbox symmetry for my old iPhone 5s which took a massive beating and survived everything. I'm not too rough on my phone but would like something to protect it from a drop or two. I found out recently that my iPhone wasn't keeping count of how many times I listen to a song or album (play count on iTunes). Then I learned about "user listening history" but couldn't find it in settings. What happened to it? For reference, I'm not an Apple Music user. All the music on my phone is bought. This person canceled the future events, but the notifications are RELENTLESS. My calendar inbox has 116 notifications for canceled events, and when I try to "delete events" by hand I only get to about 30 before the notifications start popping up again. I do want notifications and don't want to delete them from my calendar, but is there an easy fix to get rid of these notifications, especially if I am not the one who set the meeting? My phone works perfectly with phone calls with everyone except for my SO. When I call him the connection is bad, his voice cuts in and out and is distorted like a robot almost. But on his end everything is fine, and nobody has ever had this problem calling him before either and he talks on the phone frequently. I had this same problem before I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 7+ and back when I was on AT&T (I'm now with Verizon). There doesn't seem to be a specific place or time that I'm calling when it does this, if I'm in the car or not. | Trouble with Apple Gift cards, Apple Billing trying to purchase AppleCare+ Posted: 23 Sep 2019 06:35 PM PDT I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro at Sam's Club which offered a $200 Sam's gift card if I preordered and activated my phone. I bought an Apple gift card from them so that I could buy AppleCare+ which Sam's does not sell. They do sell Apple Gift Cards. After over an hour on the phone with Apple support, AppleCare Agreement people and Billing I learned that I cannot use the Apple Gift Card to buy AppleCare+. Also, I cannot return the $200 gift card to Sam's Club even though Apple Billing has 'unredeemed' it. Sam's does not accept returns on gift cards. Now I'm stuck with a $200 Apple Gift card I will not use because I don't envision I will ever need $200 worth of iTunes or App Store stuff. All I really wanted was to buy AppleCare+ coverage on my new and very expensive phone. This should be a no-brainer, right? You would think there would be a way to take the $200 everyone could see in my Apple account and let me spend it on Apple stuff. Nope! Over an hour explaining this to 3 different people including a supervisor who understood and agreed 100% with me but said they would not sell me AppleCare using the $200 I had in my account! They could not transfer the $200 from iTunes to an Apple Store Gift Card to allow me to spend it on AppleCare+. (Yes I'm ranting...) What is wrong with this picture? I have an app that's been pulled from the appstore, Apollo. It's an app that allows me to stream and download spotify songs right from the watch. I have other albums on my phone but those were all uploaded from a CD. I added a specific song - "Cruel Summer" - to a playlist, and then decided I didn't want the playlist so I tried to delete it by clicking "Delete All Downloads". It deleted "Cruel Summer" and removed it from my iPhone. I went to the iTunes Store and it said that the song was purchased, so I went to my purchased items to re-download it but it was not there. I connected my phone to my PC and tried to download the song from there and it is not downloading. Please help! It is my favorite song. Thank you! [link] [comments]  |
