[BUG] airpods not connecting automatically

it always plays sound on my iphone speaker. each time, i have to manually select air pods from the airplay menu.

i have already done several resets and the issue remains.

i only connect to one other other device, my windows 10 laptop but i make sure bluetooth on my laptop is turned completely off before i connect airpods to my iphone.

any solutions?

[Bugs] iOS 12.2 beta 3 bricking into boot loop

I've twice tried to update my iPhone XS Max to 12.2 beta 3 and—after installing—the phone goes into an infinite loop with the Apple logo appearing for a couple of minutes; then going black for a few seconds, then back to the Apple logo.

I can recover the phone via entering into DFU mode when it goes black; restoring with the 12.2 beta 2 IPSW, and restoring from iCloud. This has happened twice.

Anybody else having this problem? Any solutions?

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but my alarm ringtone doesn't play and the pod school BEEB BEEB one does. Does anyone know a way to fix this? iOS 12.2 pb3

[QUESTION] Text tone WILL NOT change

No matter how many times I set the text tone to a downloaded tone, it WILL NOT change to that tone!

I'm assuming this is another beta problem

Previously in 12.1.4 Maps on CarPlay would only show the alternate routes but tapping on them would only show the CarPlay status bar. Now you can select the routes in b3. Might have been in b1 or b2 as well, since I skipped them, but I haven't seen anything about this here yet.
