Any word on when affinity designer is supposed to come out? Posted: 04 Jun 2018 11:32 AM PDT Haven't really heard much about it since the reveal a couple years ago. [link] [comments]
How do you carry your Apple Pencil ? Posted: 04 Jun 2018 06:52 AM PDT Got a new iPad for work and am really keen to buy an Apple Pencil. However I noticed most cases do not have a built in holder. I don't usually wear a jacket so don't have any convenient pockets to hold my Pencil. Also I ideally want a case with a built in keyboard. How are you all carrying and storing your pencils? To clarify, this is a non-pro iPad. [link] [comments]
No new iPad Pro, but we’ll have a faster iOS Posted: 04 Jun 2018 12:30 PM PDT So I have just finished watching the WWDC 2018 and I'm kinda disappointed. I didn't really expected to see a new iPad. However, I did expected to see some new nice features being added to iPad, such as mouse support and a better browser, but at least we are going to get a faster iOS... [link] [comments]

Posted: 04 Jun 2018 02:35 PM PDT Is there a browser or solution to changing the user agent on an ipad? I need to change my user agent to temporarily appear to be an iphone (or other mobile phone) for airplane wifi purposes. [link] [comments]
“not charging” on my iPad mini 2. Posted: 04 Jun 2018 01:29 PM PDT It used to say this after the charge level reached the 90's, but now it's starting to show this in the low 70's. Any reason why this is? [link] [comments]
So now that theres no new ipad announced today... Posted: 04 Jun 2018 01:26 PM PDT Even though i am super excited about all the new software features, i am kind of disappointed there were no new ipad pro 12.9 refresh. I've been waiting since january/december to upgrade to ipad pro 12.9 from Air 2, hoping that one would be announced this year first half. Are there any other Apple events i am forgetting before september? Does apple ever do quiet spec bump refreshes between big events for instance during the summer between WWDC and September? thinking what i should do. Whens the ipad pro 12.9 usually refreshed historically? SHoud i buy now and just trade-in/upgrade later if its like october or 2019? [link] [comments]
Will I see significant performance gains from iPad Air 2 to iPad 2018? Posted: 04 Jun 2018 12:43 PM PDT Currently trying to use an iPad Air 2, but I am quite dissatisfied with its performance. I am not trying to do anything particularly intensive, but low frame rates and small freezes are somewhat common. To be more specific, dragging the map around in the Google Maps app has low fps and looks very stuttery. Browsing large ebooks or those with a lot of links/images is also a very laggy experience. Multitasking is also poor with frequent reloading / hangs. I have performed a factory reset and it did not improve performance. I know the 2018 iPad has the A10 which is a decent upgrade, but the RAM is still 2GB. Unfortunately I am unable to access a demo unit where I live so I am wondering if anyone can give me their experience. [link] [comments]

Posted: 04 Jun 2018 12:06 PM PDT I'm looking to buy an iPad for myself this summer and I want to know wich generation would give me the best Quality/Price. I'm buying it to watch netflix/youtube and play hearthstone. I would need a fairly good batery and at least 32gb. Thank you Reddit [link] [comments]
Posted: 04 Jun 2018 10:44 AM PDT &no i do not care abt tht wifi venerability
whts a computer? why would you buy a PC anymore? No really, why would you buy one? Yes, the iPad Pro is a replacement for a notebook or a desktop for many, many people. They will start using it and conclude they no longer need to use anything else, other than their phones." [link] [comments]
1440p on youtube app is gone (ipad 2017) Posted: 03 Jun 2018 07:38 PM PDT Any one knows why? It has been some time since I'm not able to play 1440p videos on oficial youtube app (haven't tried other sources), it used to work ok (same video content is available in 8k in my windows notebook, for comparison). Looking to utilize my 10.5 iPad Pro for productivity at work. Posted: 04 Jun 2018 07:52 AM PDT I recently started a new job where there is a lot of responsibility on me without a lot of support staff. I have a 10.5 iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil. So far I have been a big fan of using the Pencil and iPad to replace all of the quickly scribbled Post-it notes. I am hoping to find some good apps/tricks/etc that integrate across platforms (especially with Outlook) or just apps and tricks to help keep everything organized. Paid apps are fine. Thank you in advance. [link] [comments]
Best AirPrint supported printer to use with apple devices? Posted: 03 Jun 2018 05:51 PM PDT I have an iPhone X and will most likely be buying an iPad Pro 10.5 after Monday and would like to get a printer to use with both. I wanted to ask you guys what you have or what you would recommend. [link] [comments]
Posted: 03 Jun 2018 07:36 PM PDT I've been doing some googling and it seems like Duet is the best app to use, but some people are saying it doesn't work well with the latest iOS. There are a lot of older discussions, but I'm having a hard time finding any recent info. I'm pretty open to any suggestions. I don't mind if it is wired or wireless, because my iPad will mainly be on my desk within reach of my mac. Thank you very much! [link] [comments]
Posted: 03 Jun 2018 03:49 PM PDT I will be going into 10th grade next year and am looking into getting an iPad Pro. Is it possible to use an iPad pro w/ smart keyboard and pencil for most if not all of my classes and school needs? If so which model the 10.5 or 12.9? [link] [comments] |
